  • 负责安防、电力行业渠道体系搭建与运营，发展并维护行业内优质渠道合作伙伴（如系统集成商、代理商、行业服务商等），建立完善的渠道合作网络及管理体系。
  • 制定渠道拓展策略及合作政策，明确渠道合作伙伴权责、激励机制及考核标准，推动渠道伙伴积极推广公司四足机器人产品。
  • 协同渠道伙伴开展市场拓展、客户开发及项目跟进工作，助力渠道伙伴达成销售目标。
  • 跟踪行业政策动态、市场需求及竞品渠道策略，优化渠道策略及合作模式，提升渠道市场覆盖度及竞争力。
  • 负责渠道日常管理，包括渠道伙伴关系维护、销售数据跟踪、库存管理、货款回收等，定期开展渠道复盘，解决渠道合作中的问题，提升渠道伙伴满意度及忠诚度。
  • 协同内部销售、解决方案团队，为渠道伙伴提供定制化方案支持及产品赋能，推动渠道项目顺利落地，完成年度渠道销售目标。
  • 本科及以上学历，市场营销、工科相关专业优先，3年以上公安或者电力行业渠道销售经验，有智能装备、机器人、巡检设备行业渠道资源者优先。
  • 具备丰富的相关行业渠道资源，有四足机器人销售经验者优先。
  • 了解四足机器人在安防、电力行业的应用场景及需求痛点，能结合行业特点制定渠道推广策略，具备良好的渠道赋能及项目支持能力。
  • 具备优秀的商务谈判能力、资源整合能力及问题解决能力，能有效协调渠道伙伴及内部团队，推动渠道业务高效开展。
  • 具备较强的目标感、责任心及执行力，能适应出差，有良好的团队协作精神及职业素养。
