岗位简介 本岗位为核心技术岗，全权负责群控平台与超视距遥控平台的整体技术规划、架构设计、迭代落地，聚焦集群设备协 同调度、远距离稳定遥控、多设备协同管控等核心能力建设，解决大规模集群并发、远距离通信延时、设备故障容 错、智能调度优化等核心技术问题，主导平台从需求拆解、方案设计、技术攻关到上线迭代、性能优化的全生命周期 落地，支撑无人设备/智能集群规模化、常态化作业。 一、岗位职责 1、平台整体规划与架构设计 基于业务场景与规模化作业需求，负责群控调度平台、超视距遥控平台的中长期技术规划、版本迭代规划与整体架构 设计；梳理平台核心能力矩阵，搭建高可用、高并发、低延时、可扩展的集群管控与远程遥控技术架构，统一技术方 案、通信协议、数据规范与开发标准，支撑百台及以上规模设备集群协同作业。 2、核心技术研发与攻关 主导群控核心能力研发，包含集群智能调度、任务分配、多设备协同、冲突规避、负载均衡、状态实时监控等核心模 块开发；负责超视距遥控平台核心技术落地，解决远距离通信延时、信号抖动、断线重连、远程精准操控、多终端协 同遥控、弱网适配等关键技术难题，搭建稳定可靠的超视距操控能力体系。

本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、信息技术等相关专业，5年及以上后端开发经验，2年及以上技术负责人/小组负责人经验
