职位概述： 全面负责智算业务部AI Infra及云运营平台项目的全生命周期管理，负责需求分配、计划制定、资源协调、进度管控、风险与质量保障，确保项目按时、高质量、按预算交付，支撑部门商业目标达成；构筑智算业务部研发项目管理规范与制度，持续进行项目管理流程优化，支撑部门业务交付效率持续提升。

主要职责： 1、负责AI Infra和云运营平台项目的全生命周期管理，负责项目启动、规划、执行、监控、结项，输出项目计划、里程碑、WBS等； 2、管理项目资源预核算、需求范围、进度风险、交付质量，组织迭代回顾及时总结项目过程中的问题，定期在部门内部汇报项目进度与风险， 3、项目结束后组织复盘，总结项目经验，输出优秀实践并固化到项目管理流程中，持续提升部门项目交付质量与效率；

任职要求： 1、5年以上算力集群、云服务、系统集成或系统软件研发项目管理经验； 2、精通项目管理方法论（瀑布 / 敏捷 Scrum / 看板），能独立负责中大型复杂项目；熟悉软件开发流程（需求 - 设计 - 开发 - 测试 - 发布 - 运维），懂前后端 / 测试 / 部署基本逻辑，能与技术团队有效沟通； 3、具备强烈的目标责任感，具备较强的推动力、抗压能力、跨部门沟通协调及冲突解决能力； 4、持有PMP/ACP/PRINCE2 认证，带过多团队跨地域项目，有 SaaS / 大数据 / AI 等经验优先。
