1. 负责公司数据平台全链路指标体系的整体规划与建设，覆盖数据接入、处理、服务、消费各环节的质量与效率指标，实现数据运营的可观测； 2. 搭建业务运营指标与经营分析指标体系，支撑数据基础设施的效能评估与成本治理，为管理层提供数据驱动的决策依据； 3. 构建平台稳定性指标体系，设计可用性、MTBF、MTTR等核心SLO，建立指标监控、告警与复盘机制，保障大规模数据平台的稳定运行； 4. 负责成本大盘的规划与建设，实现存储、计算、带宽等多维成本的可视化归因分析，输出成本优化策略，推动降本增效； 5. 推进指标平台的产品化能力建设，包括指标元数据管理、指标血缘、自助取数、指标看板等，降低指标使用门槛。

1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机、数据科学、统计学等相关专业，3-5年工作经验； 2. 具有自动驾驶、机器人等硬科技领域的数据工程经验，同时具备互联网大厂运营指标体系（留存、转化、漏斗分析等）建设经验； 3. 精通Python和SQL，熟悉数据湖仓技术（Iceberg、Hudi、Delta Lake等），具备数据质量监控与治理的实战经验； 4. 熟悉指标平台建设，具备指标采集、计算、告警、可视化全链路落地能力，熟悉Grafana、Tableau等BI工具； 5. 具备良好的数据Sense和业务理解力，能快速理解业务场景并抽象为可量化的指标体系； 6. 责任心强，具备良好的沟通协调能力，能跨团队推动指标体系建设落地。 加分项 - 有FinOps实践经验，具备大规模数据基础设施成本治理的成功案例； - 熟悉Prometheus、ClickHouse等时序数据库，有高并发指标采集与实时计算经验； - 有从0到1搭建指标平台或数据质量体系的完整经历。
