1. 用户服务与客服支持 负责灵创平台用户咨询的日常受理与响应； 维护多渠道服务通道（社群、邮件、私信等），保障响应及时率与问题解决率； 沉淀并持续更新用户常见问题库（FAQ）、操作指引与话术模板，降低重复咨询与人工成本； 汇总用户反馈与产品建议，分类整理后同步产品、技术团队，跟进问题闭环并向用户回传处理结果； 处理用户投诉与负面反馈，妥善安抚情绪，防止问题扩散，必要时及时升级上报。 2. 平台作品与内容管理 负责灵创广场作品的审核工作，保障内容合规、质量达标； 维护作品审核标准与违规判定细则，处理创作者申诉，保障审核公平与时效； 负责优质作品的筛选、打标、分类与推荐，支撑首页推荐位、精选专题、榜单等内容运营场景； 维护官方素材库与模板库的上架、分类、标签与信息准确性，保障用户"找得到、用得上"； 监控平台内容供给情况（发布量、品类分布、二创转化等），及时发现内容缺口并反馈补充需求。 3. 运营数据分析与复盘 搭建并维护平台核心运营数据看板，覆盖用户、内容、活动、社群等关键指标； 负责日常数据监控，及时发现异常波动并定位原因，输出数据日报／周报／月报； 围绕用户全生命周期（申请→激活→首次创作→首次演绎→持续创作）拆解转化漏斗，识别流失节点并提出优化建议； 支撑活动、赛事、内容专题的效果分析与复盘，为运营策略迭代提供数据依据； 参与运营复盘机制（周复盘、月复盘、活动复盘）的组织与材料准备。 4. 活动运营 参与活动的策划、筹备与落地全流； 支持线上线下活动的执行与协同； 策划并落地平台日常活动，拉动用户活跃与内容产出； 负责活动全流程的节点管理、物料准备、传播配合与现场支持，保障活动按期落地。 5. 内容与新媒体运营 参与灵创官方账号矩阵的内容策划、制作与发布，建立并维护平台品牌调性；； 配合官方模板输出节奏，支撑冷启动期的内容供给； 负责平台站内内容运营，包括新手引导、功能教程、用户案例、公告与专题页，提升用户认知与功能使用率。 6. 生态与创作者运营 参与创作者招募、入驻、激活与维护，推动激励政策落地； 参与创作者激励体系的运营执行； 搭建并维护核心社群，设计日常内容节奏与答疑机制； 协助对接MCN、达人、高校、B端客户等生态角色，推动内容供给与商业变现联动； 参与创作者成长与"毕业"机制运营，推动优质创作者持续产出，促进生态自循环。
