核心岗位职责： 1、ACE体系架构设计 在公司技术体系的指导下，统筹ACE认证体系框架的持续优化与迭代，涵盖认证方向规划、等级标准制定、能力模型设计、考试评价体系构建。 2、认证标准制定 负责各技术方向认证能力标准、考试大纲的制定与更新，确保标准的科学性、权威性和行业领先性。 3、解决方案输出 面向授权培训中心、考试中心及企业客户，输出标准化的认证解决方案、培训方案模板和项目实施指南。 4、项目拓展支持 配合销售团队进行重点客户/合作伙伴的拜访与需求调研，提供技术方案讲解、方案设计和项目支撑。 5、行业标准对接 推动ACE认证与国家职业技能标准、行业标准的对接与互认，提升认证体系的行业影响力。 6、市场洞察与竞争分析 持续跟踪具身智能行业趋势、人才市场需求和竞争动态，为认证体系迭代和业务策略提供输入。

1、教育背景 硕士及以上学历，机器人、人工智能、教育技术、计算机等相关专业优先。 2、工作经验 5年以上工作经验，其中2年以上行业头部企业认证体系设计、标准制定或培训解决方案相关经验。 3、专业能力 熟悉职业资格认证体系设计方法论，具备从0到1搭建标准体系的能力；了解具身智能技术体系。 4、方案能力 具备优秀的行业洞察能力、内容总结沉淀能力，以及优秀的方案撰写和呈现能力，能够独立完成高质量的解决方案文档。 5、沟通能力 具备与跨部门团队及外部合作伙伴高效协作的能力，能够独立完成客户/伙伴拜访与方案讲解。
