1. 承接产品、结构和使用场景提出的硬件需求，拆解为可执行、可验证的硬件系统指标，识别需求冲突并推动评审确认。 2. 参与无本体数据采集设备整体硬件方案设计，负责硬件模块划分、板级/盒级架构、电源、数据采集链路、存储、通信、连接器和线束等关键方案定义。 3. 对接结构设计，协同完成硬件安装空间、固定方式、开孔、走线、装配、散热、防护、维修性及人机使用相关约束，确保结构与硬件方案匹配。 4. 负责硬件相关接口定义和技术文档编制，包括板间接口、传感器/执行部件接口、软件接口、通信协议、供电时序、连接器及线束规范。 5. 参与关键器件和模块选型，评估性能、成本、供货、生命周期、替代方案及工程风险；必要时组织供应商技术评审和样品验证。 6. 参与原理图设计及评审、PCB Layout评审、SI/PI、EMC/ESD、热设计、DFM/DFA和可测试性检查，推动硬件问题闭环。 7. 制定样机Bring-up、软硬件联调和系统验证计划，组织功能、性能、环境、可靠性、EMC/ESD及长时间运行测试，定位并解决硬件疑难问题。 8. 支持硬件方案从EVT、DVT、PVT到量产导入，负责BOM、版本、变更、测试规范、验收标准和量产技术资料管理，按节点完成交付。 9. 协同嵌入式软件、算法、测试、结构、散热、工艺、互连、器件、质量、供应链和制造团队，保障整机硬件方案落地及批量交付。 10. 沉淀硬件平台、接口、设计和验证规范，推动成熟电路与模块复用，并参与新产品预研和技术方案评审。

1. 本科及以上学历，电子信息、通信、自动化、测控、计算机等相关专业，2年以上硬件研发、硬件系统或智能设备开发经验。 2. 扎实掌握模拟电路、数字电路、电源完整性分析、电路仿真及常用电子器件电气特性，熟悉电子电路调试工艺。 3. 熟悉电子硬件开发与设计，具备 PCB Layout 经验，熟练使用 Altium Designer、Cadence、KiCad 或同类工具完成原理图和 PCB 设计/评审；有高速总线设计经验优先。 4. 熟悉以太网、串口、同轴线总线等接口，了解常见传感器数据链路、供电和同步要求。 5. 熟练使用示波器、逻辑分析仪、万用表、电子负载、频谱仪等测试仪表，具备独立调试和故障定位能力。 6. 熟悉硬件与结构协同设计流程，能够理解并评审结构图、装配图、线束图及相关工程约束。 7. 有数据采集设备、可穿戴设备、机器人配套设备、智能硬件或其他复杂机电产品开发经验者优先。 8. 有从0到1产品开发、试产、量产导入及供应商协同经验者优先。 9. 具有独立承担项目开发能力，具备系统分析、风险识别、项目推进和跨团队沟通能力。 10. 具备良好的技术表达、文档规范意识和问题闭环能力。
