1.负责 Kubernetes 集群、云原生平台、IDC / 私有化基础设施和微服务架构体系的规划、设计与落地。 2.参与 IDC / 私有化机房建设，负责服务器、GPU 资源、存储、网络、机柜、链路和基础运维规范的技术规划。 3.建设支撑机器人接入、任务调度、数据回流、模型服务和业务系统部署的统一平台底座。 4.设计并推进平台的高可用、弹性伸缩、灰度发布、故障恢复、容量规划和成本优化方案。 5.建设监控、日志、链路追踪、告警、SLO、DevOps / GitOps 和 IDC / 集群运维自动化能力。

精通 Kubernetes 架构、网络、存储、调度、权限、安全、扩缩容与故障排查。 熟悉 Docker / containerd、Helm、Operator、Ingress / Gateway、Service Mesh 等云原生技术。 熟悉至少一种主流云平台或私有化部署环境，具备混合云、边缘云、私有云或 IDC 建设经验优先。 熟悉 IDC 基础设施规划，理解机房网络、服务器、GPU 集群、存储、带宽、机柜、电力、链路冗余和资产管理等基础要素。 1.熟悉 Prometheus、Grafana、Loki / ELK、OpenTelemetry 等可观测性体系。 2.熟悉 CI/CD、GitOps、灰度发布、蓝绿发布、回滚、环境管理与配置管理。 3.具备微服务架构、服务治理、API 网关、消息队列、缓存、数据库等后端基础能力。 4.有 AI 平台、模型服务平台、GPU 集群、机器人平台、IoT 平台或大规模设备接入平台经验优先。 5.具备较强的问题定位、架构抽象、跨团队协作和技术文档能力。
