1、负责 Linux 平台下电机硬件抽象层（Motor HAL）的设计、开发与维护，为上层运动控制、机器人应用提供统一、稳定的电机控制接口。 2、负责不同型号电机、伺服驱动器及执行器的接入与适配，完成使能、停机、回零、位置控制、速度控制、转矩控制、状态反馈和故障处理等功能。 3、负责 EtherCAT、CAN/CAN FD 等工业通信接口的集成、开发和调试，处理设备发现、参数配置、周期通信、超时重连及异常恢复等问题。 4、根据 CiA 402 驱动器规范，开发和维护状态机、控制字/状态字、对象字典及 PDO/SDO 数据映射，支持 CSP、CSV、CST、PP、PV、HM 等控制模式。 5、负责电机 HAL 的模块化和接口标准化设计，屏蔽不同通信总线、驱动器品牌和设备型号之间的差异，提升软件的可扩展性与可复用性。 6、负责 Linux 多线程、周期任务及实时通信链路的开发与优化，分析通信周期、延迟和抖动，保障多轴控制的实时性与稳定性。 7、负责电机通信和运行问题的定位，包括总线异常、掉站、报文丢失、状态机切换失败、编码器反馈异常、限位及驱动器故障等。 8、配合运动控制、算法、应用及硬件团队完成软硬件联调、样机验证、系统测试和产品问题整改。 9、编写接口说明、设计文档、设备配置说明、调试工具及自动化测试程序，持续提升代码质量和交付效率。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、电子信息、通信工程、机械电子等相关专业。 2、具备 2 年以上嵌入式 Linux 或工业控制软件开发经验，有机器人、伺服控制、运动控制或智能硬件项目经验者优先。 3、熟练使用 C/C++，具备良好的模块化设计、接口抽象和工程代码能力，能够独立完成底层软件模块开发。 4、熟悉 Linux 应用开发，掌握多线程、进程间通信、同步机制、定时任务、网络编程及常用系统调用。 5、熟悉交叉编译、CMake/Make、Git、GDB 等开发工具，具备日志分析、故障定位和性能调优能力。 6、熟悉 CAN、CAN FD 或 EtherCAT 中至少一种工业总线，理解周期通信、超时处理、错误状态及异常恢复机制。 7、了解伺服电机或执行器的基本控制方式，能够理解位置、速度、转矩、编码器反馈、减速比、零点和限位等概念。 8、具备良好的问题分析能力、责任心和团队协作能力，能够推动跨软件、硬件和算法模块的问题闭环。
