1. 负责新产品DFM评审，以工艺实现角度识别风险点，输出设计优化建议，提升产品设计质量和可量产性； 2. 负责工艺方案设计和验证优化，输出工艺规程文件； 3. 统筹组装工站交付和验收，将工艺详细方案和要求落地到实体工站中； 4. 跟进项目试产，分析和解决制程装配相关问题，优化组装手法，优化工艺参数，进行DOE验证等； 5. 负责产品工艺问题解决，包括异常定位分析、改善措施推进落地等，并负责转量产期间的难题攻坚和制程收敛； 6. 输出组装治具设计方案，优化组装质量和效率。

1. 本科及以上学历，机械/电子/材料等相关专业优先； 2. 三年以上消费电子、智能硬件等行业，整机工艺/NPI/PE等相关岗位的工作经验，熟悉新产品导入流程，有项目工艺统筹经验优先； 3. 有丰富的失效分析经验，能熟练使用常见的不良分析工具，并具备一定的数据分析、处理能力； 4. 熟悉CREO、Solidworks等三维专业软件，有一定治具设计能力； 5. 逻辑清晰、沟通协调能力强，做事认真负责，抗压能力优。
