1. 本科及以上学历，机械，电子，自动化等专业； 2. 5年以上相关工作经验，具备较强的问题分析逻辑能力（熟悉QRQC工具优先），具有一定的电子行业结构设计，工艺设计相关经验； 3. 具备较强的团队协作能力、沟通能力、责任意识及上进心；具备良好的学习能力，能够承受较强压力。
