The posting

1.主导从NPI（新产品导入）到MP（量产）的全过程，制定详细的主计划，监控关键节点，确保项目按时交付。 2. 管理试产、爬坡、量产等各阶段资源，协调解决生产瓶颈，确保产能与订单需求精准匹配。 3.作为公司质量标准的现场代言人，监督代工厂严格执行质量管理体系（IQC/IPQC/OQC/FQC）。 4.主导重大质量异常的分析、处理与闭环，推动根本原因解决（Root Cause Analysis）和预防措施落地。 5.确保生产活动完全符合公司及客户在安全、环保、社会责任（ESG）等方面的合规要求。 6.管理物料供需，监控库存水平，协调解决供应链断点，保障生产连续性。 7.作为客户需求（如工程变更、紧急订单）的第一接收人，高效协调内部与代工厂资源，确保快速响应。 8.主导客户现场审核、验货及日常沟通，建立并维护客户的高度信任。 9.前瞻性识别项目潜在风险，制定应急预案，并定期汇报风险状态。 10.在保证质量与交付的前提下，协同采购、工程部门推动成本优化方案。 11.定期收集、分析并汇报关键绩效指标（KPI），如OEE、直通率、准时交付率、不良率等。 12.与代工厂中高层管理团队建立高效、透明的沟通机制，妥善处理合作中的分歧，深化伙伴关系。

1. 本科及以上学历，工程、制造、供应链管理或相关专业。至少5年制造业的项目管理或工程管理经验，其中至少3年为驻厂或深度管理代工厂的经验。 2. 熟知项目管理知识体系（如PMP/Prince2认证者优先），熟悉ISO9001/14001、IATF16949等质量管理体系。具备出色的工艺理解能力，能看懂图纸及基础技术文档优先。 3. 卓越的跨部门、跨组织沟通与谈判能力，能在压力下高效工作并解决复杂冲突。 4. 结果导向，责任心极强，适应性强，能够适应长期驻厂的工作模式，并能在文化差异中灵活应对。
