1. 数据工程：负责具身模型训练数据的清洗、增强与多源整合；构建高质量、可规模化的数据生产流水线 2. 训练基础设施：构建并优化大规模分布式训练系统，保障预训练与微调的效率与稳定性；负责模型推理优化与端侧部署，支撑真机实时控制需求 3. 预训练：参与多模态数据配比与表示学习；设计并优化模型训练范式，提升基础能力 4. 评测体系：搭建仿真与真机评测基准，定义评估指标；主导模型失败案例分析，驱动算法迭代

1. 基本要求：计算机、人工智能、机器人等相关专业硕士及以上学历；2年以上深度学习或机器人算法研发经验（含博士期间研究） 2. 技能要求：精通Python，熟悉PyTorch等深度学习框架；具备数据→训练→推理部署全流程实战经验；熟悉常见模型训练与优化方法；了解机器人仿真环境与真机部署流程；有数据流水线或评测体系建设经验者优先 3. 加分项：有大规模分布式训练工程经验（DDP/FSDP/DeepSpeed/Megatron-LM之一）；有具身智能、VLA或多模态大模型相关项目经验；有从数据到模型到部署的完整项目经历
