1.负责人形机器人系统硬件架构设计与开发； 2.负责机器人整机复杂硬件系统问题的分析、攻坚与闭环，包括但不限于供电异常、执行器异常、传 感器异常、通信不稳定、时序问题、接地/屏蔽/EMI/EMC问题、热与可靠性问题等； 3.负责人形机器人的系统调试、测试与验证，确保系统的稳定性、可靠性与安全性； 4.解决完善人形机器人领域的最新技术动态，进行技术研究与创新，提升系统性能与竞争力； 5.关注人形机器人领域的最新动态，进行技术研究与创新。

1、本科及以上学历,计算机科学与技术、自动化、电子工程或相关专业；具有5年以上硬件设计工作经验; 2.具备机器人、汽车电子、自动驾驶、工业设备、复杂智能硬件等相关领域经验，有较强的系统级问题分析与攻坚能力； 3.熟悉复杂机电系统的基本组成与耦合关系，对电源、执行器、传感器、嵌入式控制、通信总线、线束连接、接地屏蔽、热与可靠性等有较强理解； 4.具备系统性思维和实证分析能力，能够从复杂现象中设计验证路径，而不是停留在经验猜测； 5.对前沿技术有敏锐度，能不断挖掘新技术，并引入到机器人领域；擅长研究、评估新技术，并具备很好引入新技术的推动力； 6.具备良好的跨团队沟通能力，能够推动研发、测试、供应商等多方围绕同一问题形成有效协同。
