1、负责灵巧手的尺寸链建模，建立整手的KPC/CTQ标准与公差分配策略； 2、运用RSS/Monte Carlo方法验证公差可实现性，输出模组/整手的公差累积报告； 3、分析装配尺寸链，解决尺寸累积问题，优化定位基准与装配顺序； 4、制定装配工艺流程与关键工序检测要求，支持检具/工装精度设计与验收； 5、与结构、工艺、质量团队协作，解决产品生产装配过程中的尺寸干涉与精度超差问题； 6、制定尺寸设计规范、材料库，支撑平台化与系列化的机器人灵巧手开发； 7、赋能所有机械工程师以具备基础的尺寸分析能力。

1、本科及以上学历，机械工程、车辆工程、精密仪器等相关专业优先； 2、5年及以上尺寸链工作经验，如整车厂白车身尺寸链等，深度掌握尺寸工程相关方法论； 3、熟练使用至少一种尺寸链分析软件，并对软件的底层逻辑有深入了解； 4、熟悉各种尺寸公差标准与工程图纸规范； 5、有机器人/灵巧手/精密机电产品尺寸分析经验者优先； 6、具备良好的问题分析能力、项目推动能力与跨部门协同意识。

承担主要目标/关键任务 1. 灵巧手技术精度保障，简历高精度尺寸控制体系，实现公差可预测，支撑灵巧手平台化开发。 2. 灵巧手生产质量提升，协同结构、工艺、质量，解决生产公差问题，提升生产精度。
