岗位职责 1. 参与新供应商准入评估，输出供应商质量能力评估报告。 2. 作为APQP Leader，负责核心零部件的开发及质量管理。 3. 结合公司技术路线，建立核心零部件及核心工艺的企业标准。 4. 制定并维护 IQC（来料检验）标准，主导来料质量问题的处理。 5. 推动供应商针对质量问题实施 8D 整改，跟踪闭环验证。 6. 开展供应商的过程审核和体系审核，识别质量风险。 7. 建立供应商质量月报/季报机制，推动质量指标可视化。 8. 定期将经验教训反哺到现有体系和标准中。

1. 本科及以上学历，5年以上汽车、智能硬件或机器人行业质量管理/系统工程经验。 2. 了解机械/电子零部件制造工艺如PCBA、机加工、注塑、压铸等 3. 有从 EVT → DVT → PVT → MP 完整量产落地经验，熟悉样件、试产、可靠性测试、PPAP 流程 4. 精通 APQP、PPAP、MSA、SPC、FMEA、DVP&R、DOE、Control Plan、DOE，能独立推进完整的APQP活动。 5. 目标导向、执行力强，具备良好的系统思维，跨部门沟通与冲突管理能力，能适应快节奏迭代 6. 对某些领域有深度实践，如关节模组、高精密减速器/伺服电机/驱控板/IMU&视觉融合，六西格玛黑带、功能安全工程师认证者优先
