1. 负责制定机器人关节模组各项目阶段的研发质量目标，并推动各模块达成； 2. 制定研发质量保证计划，策划各重要节点交付物的评审（设计评审，样件评审，样机评审等），并对于不符合项持续跟踪优化； 3. 负责机器人关节模组研发项目的质量问题管理，推动问题的解决和复盘，协调跨部门问题的解决，确保问题高效推进不拖延，针对重点问题牵头成立专项并拉动资源集中攻关；持续优化问题关闭系统，建立高效问题推进机制； 4. 参与TR评审阀点的准备，负责质量状态评估并推动各模块完成交付物； 5. 参与质量流程体系的建立工作，协助输出关节模组开发的流程体系。

1. 本科及以上学历，机械工程、车辆工程、自动化、电子通信等专业； 2. 3年以上机器人/汽车行业研发质量相关工作经验，熟悉问题推进机制，熟悉IPD流程，熟悉 ISO26262 或 IATF16949 并有相关认证者更佳； 3. 熟悉质量保证方法，了解ASPICE标准，熟练运用各类质量管理工具，如APQP、PPAP、FMEA、TBP、8D等； 4. 具备出色的逻辑思维、沟通协调能力和团队合作精神；工作积极主动，善于发现和解决问题，责任感强，能够适应快速迭代的工作节奏，并承担压力；

承担主要目标/关键任务 1. 作为研发设计守门员，建立设计质量准出门禁指标，提升关节模组交付质量； 2. 研发问题推动解决与跟踪闭环，缩短解决周期与提升闭环率；
