职位描述： 1. 负责灵巧手和数采设备等相关硬件模拟，数字，以及混合信号电路的设计，仿真，调试与验证，包括但不限于如下电路设计： 数字系统电路：MCU最小系统，SOC系统。 电机驱动电路：三相桥（FET 半桥 / 全桥）、栅极驱动、电流采样（分流 / 霍尔），FOC 控制硬件平台（HRTIM / 高级定时器 / ADC 同步采样）。 传感器集成：编码器（Hall / 电感 / 磁编码）接口电路， 力 / 触觉传感器（FSR / 电阻式 / 电容式 / 光学）信号链，模拟前端（AFE）设计：低噪声、低漂移、小型化。 通信接口：CAN / CANFD，SPI / I2C ，UART， USB，以太网，Serdes 接口等。 电源管理：LDO / DCDC 电源架构。高效率，小体积电源设计与选型。 2. 系统设计与集成：系统架构讨论，分解系统指标为电路规格。按照电路规格做电路设计与选型 3. PCB设计与指导：主导关键电路模块的PCB布局布线， 确保信号完整性， 电源完整性， EMC/EMI性能 4. 样机集成与调试：负责样机的调试，集成，故障分析与技术迭代。 5. 设计文档：撰写设计，调试，集成文档。 6. 团队协作： 与软件，结构，ID, 算法，系统工程师紧密合作完成系统集成。

职位要求： 1. 本科及以上学历。电子工程，自动化，通信工程，测控技术等相关专业。 2. 工作经验：3年以上模拟/混合信号电路设计经验。参与过相关电子产品的量产 3. 专业能力：数字系统， 模拟电路，ADC/DAC, 电源电路， 电机， 自动控制原理， 噪声， 带宽等 4. EDA工具： Cadence， AD， LTspice 等 5. SI/PI/EMC: 具备信号完整性，电源完整性和EMC设计知识，并能够用于实际设计中 6. 测试与问题解决：精通各类测试仪器, 示波器，万用表，信号发生器，电子负载，网络分析等。能够独立完成电路的调试和故障定位 7. 对设计质量有极致追求，理解可靠性，一致性和可制造性要求 8. 良好的团队合作与沟通能力，较强的自驱力和主动性，机器人、灵巧手行业经验者优先。
