1. 负责灵巧手、夹爪等末端执行器产品线束设计开发，包括电气原理图、3D布线、2D图纸输出等； 2. 与系统、硬件、结构等多方进行线束方案打合、评审，确保全局最优设计； 3. 负责线材、连接器选型，紧凑空间高可靠性线材、连接器定制开发，制定SOR和测试验收标准； 4. 编制BOM，跟进样件试制，协助解决生产工艺和装配问题，协助采购进行成本优化 5. 制定线束工艺标准、检验规范和技术文档，支持量产过程的质量管控工作； 6. 跟踪机器人、灵巧手、夹爪行业线束、电气领域新技术、新材料动向，推动技术创新和产品力提升。

1. 本科及以上学历，电气工程、自动化、车辆工程、机械、电子信息或相关专业背景； 2. 3年以上机器人或汽车电器线束设计开发经验，熟悉线束开发全流程，有紧凑空间复杂运动线束开发经验优先； 3. 熟练使用电气设计软件如CATIA、ePLAN、AutoCAD、Solid works等，具备运动线缆仿真能力； 4. 熟悉线束相关标准和连接器、端子等元件结构、电气特性； 5. 具备较强的分析、解决问题能力，能够独立完成复杂问题排查与优化； 6. 良好的团队合作与沟通能力，较强的自驱力和主动性，机器人和灵巧手行业经验者优先。
