岗位职责： 1. 爆品营销策划：负责 RaaS 产品全域爆品营销推广策划，制定从新品上市GTM到生命周期管理的全链路营销策略，打造行业爆款。 2. 负责全案营销活动整体流程推进与落地执行，包括预算、资源协调及效果复盘。 3. 负责渠道合作与市场拓展营销活动支持，推动销售转化。 4. 负责输出活动方案、商务物料、合作手册等标准化营销材料。 5. 负责联动品牌、新媒体、销售等团队，形成营销闭环。 6. 负责分析活动效果与转化数据，持续优化营销策略。 7. 紧密对接产品、运营及销售团队，驱动产品迭代，形成营销闭环。

1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、广告、传播等相关专业优先。 2. 3年以上市场营销策划相关经验。 3. 有互联网、本地生活、科技、智能硬件行业经验优先。 4. 具备较强项目统筹与资源协调能力。 5. 具备较强创意策划能力与落地执行能力。 6. 能适应阶段性出差与高节奏工作。
