1. 负责 Python、C++、Java、Golang 项目的 CI/CD 流程建设，包括编译、测试、制品管理、灰度发布及回滚。 2. 建设和维护 Jenkins、GitLab CI、Argo CD 等持续交付平台。 3. 负责火山引擎、阿里云、腾讯云、华为云等公有云资源的规划、部署、运维、安全及成本优化。 4. 负责私有云、混合云及复杂网络环境的维护与故障排查。 5. 建设监控、日志、告警和应急响应体系，持续提升系统稳定性。

1. 本科及以上学历，3年以上 DevOps、运维或 SRE 经验。 2. 熟悉 Linux、Docker、Kubernetes及常用中间件。 3. 熟悉至少一种开发语言，具备 Shell/Python 自动化能力。 4. 熟悉 Maven、Gradle、CMake、Go Modules、pip 等构建及依赖管理工具。 5. 掌握 TCP/IP、DNS、负载均衡、VPN、防火墙、路由及网络隔离等技术。 6. 具备火山引擎等公有云及私有云环境的实际运维经验。 7. 具备良好的故障定位、应急处理和团队协作能力。

优先条件： 1. 熟悉 Terraform、Ansible、Helm 等自动化工具。 2. 熟悉 Prometheus、Grafana、ELK/OpenSearch 等可观测性平台。 3. 具备多云、混合云或大规模 Kubernetes 集群运维经验。

承担主要目标/关键任务 1. 负责 Python、C++、Java、Golang 项目的 CI/CD 流程建设，包括编译、测试、制品管理、灰度发布及回滚。 2. 建设和维护 Jenkins、GitLab CI、Argo CD 等持续交付平台。 3. 负责火山引擎、阿里云、腾讯云、华为云等公有云资源的规划、部署、运维、安全及成本优化。 4. 负责私有云、混合云及复杂网络环境的维护与故障排查。 5. 建设监控、日志、告警和应急响应体系，持续提升系统稳定性。 6. 完成结构强度、可靠性及量产适配性验证，沉淀设计规范和工艺SOP。 7. 具备良好的故障定位、应急处理和团队协作能力。
