■ 1. 行政物资与卡证管理 · 统筹办公用品全品类规划与数量管控，负责采购、库存、发放全流程 · 管理员工服务中心药品与应急用品，保障合规与安全 · 负责员工名片的印制、发放与管理 · 统筹全地域福利物资发放方案的优化设计与落地执行 · 负责员工工卡全生命周期管理（新卡制作、遗失补卡、系统信息维护）

■ 2. 员工窗口接待与咨询服务 · 常驻员工服务中心窗口，承接全员线下、线上行政类咨询 · 耐心解答员工咨询、主动引导办事流程，做到即时响应、清晰答疑 · 营造暖心一线服务窗口，打造高效、贴心的员工服务中心

■ 3. 培训中心全链路运营 · 承接培训中心活动需求（预定、需求对接、布场、设备资源协调） · 保障培训需求高质量落地 · 持续优化培训中心对外服务解决方案

■ 4. 健身房日常运营管理 · 负责健身房日常运营：场地预约、设施设备维护巡检、卫生与耗材补给 · 对接物业或第三方服务方处理维修需求 · 定期组织员工健身活动 · 持续优化健身房服务方案与员工运动体验

■ 5. 差旅与签证支持 · 协助员工出差申请流程、差旅政策咨询答疑 · 协助办理因公出入境签证/签注所需的材料准备与公司盖章证明 · 与商旅平台（携程等）对接，处理员工机票、酒店、用车等差旅相关 咨询与问题跟进

■ 6. 日常员工体验事务支持 · 统筹职场全范围基础行政物资支持协调 · 承接打印物料制作需求与对账 · 服务标准化沉淀与流程迭代（梳理高频问题、沉淀标准话术、简化 办事流程） · 常态化收集员工服务体验反馈，定期复盘窗口服务、问题办结、后 勤保障中的不足

■ 基本条件 · 全日制本科及以上学历 · 3 年以上行政工作经验 · 有大型互联网公司（5 万方以上项目）行政服务中心（SSC）工作经 验者优先 · 有健身房运营、差旅签证支持或员工服务中心窗口服务经验者优先

■ 核心能力 · 服务意识：具备优秀的服务意识、同理心与沟通协调能力 · 自驱主动：结果导向，不依赖督促，主动发现问题、解决问题 · 风险管控：具备风险管控与处置舆情的能力 · 执行落地：细致严谨、执行力强，擅长流程梳理、标准化搭建、现场落地 · 统筹规划：须有SSC整体统筹及能力建设经验
