1.数据生产与交付项目管理：统筹采集对接 → 解析清洗 → 标注 → 质检 → 交付 → 回流全链路的排期与里程碑，跟踪关键路径与吞吐；管理多条并行数据生产线的进度、依赖与阻塞，主动识别风险并推动闭环。 2.需求与优先级管理：承接算法、模型训练团队的数据集与取数需求，转化为可执行的数据生产任务与排期；建立需求受理、优先级评审与排期机制，平衡多方诉求与团队产能。 3.跨团队与供应商协同：协调数据团队、算法、训练团队、采集方、标注外包供应商与横向平台之间的协作；管理标注外包、共创供应商的产能规划、排期、质量与交付，保障外部产能稳定可控。 4.度量、运营与机制建设：建设数据团队的交付运营度量（交付效率、数据吞吐、质量达标率、需求响应时长等）与看板、周报；沉淀数据生产、交付的流程规范与协作机制（周会、复盘、文档），持续提升团队协同效率。

1.硕士及以上优先；3 年以上项目管理、TPM、项目协调经验，有数据、AI、平台或研发团队的项目管理背景优先。 2.理解数据工程、数据闭环链路（采集、标注、质检、交付、数据集版本），能与工程和算法团队顺畅对话（有技术背景或扎实的技术理解力）。 3.熟悉项目管理方法与工具（敏捷、看板、需求与排期管理、JIRA、飞书项目等）；优秀的跨团队协调、依赖与风险管理能力；优秀的沟通、文档与向上、横向汇报能力。

加分项 1.智驾、具身、自动驾驶数据生产或标注项目管理经验；标注供应商、数据外包产能管理经验。 2.数据平台、数据中台项目经验，理解 DatasetVersion、数据血缘等概念；具备数据分析能力（能自助拉数做运营度量，SQL、BI），用数据驱动交付改进。
