岗位JD（含岗位职责和岗位要求） 职位描述 1、 作为中央研发部技术项目项目经理，负责中研部跨团队重大技术项目的项目管理工作。 2、 参与客户需求分析与管理工作，主导技术项目立项和结项工作。 3、 负责重大技术项目的项目执行，在项目执行过程中负责项目的计划与进度管理，风险管理，资源管理，确保项目按计划高质量交付。 4、 负责重大技术项目执行过程中的需求管理与计划变更，在项目产生重大变更时及时组织变更汇报，调整项目范围和计划，并基于变更后的项目范围和计划及时协调和调整资源投入，并做好周边相关项目的配套与协同。 5、 及时识别项目执行过程中的风险和问题，制定相应的风险预防措施，推动问题的解决。

职位要求 1、8年以上互联网，电动汽车，机器人或IT行业项目管理经验，熟悉IPD，敏捷开发等项目开发流程； 2、具备良好的沟通和协调能力，具备同理心，能够在项目执行过程中化解冲突，推动多团队的协同工作。 3、做事细致，逻辑清晰，责任心强，能够将复杂任务分解为可管理，可执行的子任务项，并跟踪完成。 4、良好的理解力和学习能力，能够快速学习新的技术概念，与各领域研发团队顺畅沟通，确保理解的一致性。 5、目标导向，抗压力强，关键时刻可以带领团队迎难而上，保证目标达成。

加分项：  有AI、机器人、自动驾驶等强相关行业的经验；  持有PMP、ACP等相关项目管理认证；  有个相关行业的研发经验，有机器人相关的技术背景；  有过成功的技术创新项目管理经验
