The posting

1. 负责WMS（订单调度+中央库存+出入库执行）在代工厂、自有仓、3PL仓的现场推广与落地，确保各主体按规范使用系统，实现库存数据实时化、作业流程标准化。 2. 深入各仓库现场，识别不同主体的差异化需求，对差异化需求进行分析、评估，输出开发方案并推动落地。 - 代工厂：客供料的来料登记、消耗核销、余料退回、不良品隔离等特殊流程 - 自有仓（研发仓/售后仓）：样机管理、备件追溯、非标出入库场景 - 3PL仓（成品中转仓）：作业规范适配、系统对接方式（API/报表） 3. 制定并执行系统推广计划，包括：用户培训、操作手册编写、上线支持、问题响应与闭环跟踪，确保各仓库人员能高效使用系统。 4. 建立推广与运营度量体系：系统覆盖率、用户活跃度、库存准确率、作业效率、各主体数据协同及时率、差异化需求交付周期等，驱动持续优化。 5. 作为公司与代工厂、3PL之间的产品运营桥梁，协调内部产品/研发团队与外部仓库作业方，确保通用能力沉淀与个性需求开发的合理平衡。

1. 3年以上WMS或供应链相关系统的产品运营/实施/推广经验，有机器人、新能源汽车、高端装备行业背景者优先。 2. 具备多主体系统推广实战经验（代工厂、自有仓、3PL至少两类），能应对不同管理水平、不同系统能力的外部仓库。 3. 具备需求识别与分析能力：能在一线调研中发现差异化场景，独立输出需求文档，并与产品/研发协作推动开发上线。 4. 熟悉多仓库类型管理逻辑（原料仓/线边仓/成品仓/不良品仓/研发仓/售后仓/中转仓）及客供料流程。 5. 接受出差（自有仓、代工厂、3PL仓现场），具备强执行力和一线服务意识。 6. 加分项： - 主导过WMS在多家外部仓库的规模化推广项目； - 熟悉与代工厂/3PL的系统对接方式（API、中间表）； - 熟悉仓库终端硬件（PDA/RF）的现场部署。
