岗位职责 1. 项目全流程规划与管控：主导人形机器人软件项目开发计划，制定里程碑与资源调配方案，跟踪进度、协调资源，确保按质按量按时交付； 2. 技术方案决策与把关：深度剖析产品需求，审核软件实现、系统设计等核心技术文档，从可行性、性能、成本维度做关键决策，保障方案落地性： 3. 整机性能与问题攻坚：聚焦运动精度、响应速度、稳定性等核心指标，牵头性能优化方案评审与落地；组建专项团队攻关技术难点，推动问题闭环。 4. 跨部门协作与沟通：对接内部研发、硬件、算法等部门，参与需求分析、测试、研发评审等里程碑，组织沟通反馈与问题跟进，协调解决跨团队协作事项。 5. 项目总结与复盘：输出项目概述、目标达成情况、实施过程复盘、问题与经验教训，沉淀标准化流程与方法论。 6. 新技术储备与落地：跟踪具身智能、机器人软件行业技术动态，制定技术储备计划，推动新技术、工具、标准在项目中的应用。

任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、机械、电子等相关专业。 2. 5年以上机器人 / 机器狗 / 汽车 / 智能硬件行业开发经验，3 年以上研发项目管理经验。 3. 熟悉机电一体化产品研发与生产流程，具备完整量产项目落地经验。 4. 熟练使用 Jira / 飞书项目 / 禅道等项目管理工具，掌握项目计划制定、进度跟踪与优先级管理。
