职位概述： 作为灵犀硬件测试经理，带领团队负责从关节总成、电池、摄像头等各硬件模块到整机运动性能、声学、续航、温升等关键硬件性能的端到端测试交付活动体系，组织建设感知性能、声学性能等智能硬件领域先进实验室，持续优化与提升智能硬件测试活动流程及测试效率提升，支撑机器人整机产品的硬件技术先进性及质量稳定性目标达成。

主要职责： 1、主导建立人形机器人关键硬件模块测试方案与标准体系建设，涵盖关节总成、电池、感知硬件等，并从用户角度，构建机器人整机声学、感知性能、续航性能、温升性能等标准化流程与测试方案体系 2、负责人形机器人舞蹈、特技等整机硬件关键特性测试评估，开展关键特性专项测试方案设计、特性商用质量测试评估等活动，输出并基线整机关键硬件特性的测试活动核心交付件 3、负责人形机器人整机感知性能能等先进实验室的建设，并推进硬件测试的整体自动化测试活动落地，持续提升硬件测试活动效率 4、主导硬件测试团队的团队建设，包括硬件测试人才梯队建设及管理、核心技术人才的培养、评估与激励，打造有战斗力的硬件测试团队

任职要求： 1、机器人、自动驾驶、汽车电子、计算机等专业本科及以上学历，6-8年以上机器人、汽车等智能硬件行业硬件测试经验 2、具备机器人、汽车等复杂硬件系统的测试分析、设计及项目交付经验优先，有0-1搭建硬件测试平台与团队的成功经验优先 3、熟悉机器人技术或相关领域的硬件知识，如音频、续航、关节传动等，具备跨部门沟通协调能力，能快速定位推动硬件测试相关问题并闭环，有2-3年的团队管理经验优先 4、关注机器人行业测试新技术与趋势，具备快速学习和落地能力，乐于探索机器人行业创新测试方案，具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
