岗位职责： 1. 机房选址与站点规划：牵头机房选址调研、现场评估，输出站点可行性评估；负责站点整体规划，包含机房空间、电力、制冷、机柜布局、算力装机规划，支撑算力集群落地。 2. 站点经营与资源管理：负责站点扩容评估与决策；管理站点业务服务上架规划；跟踪站点经营效率指标，统筹跨站点闲置算力资源调拨，盘活存量资源，提升站点资产收益。 3. 站点骨干网建设规划：负责站点骨干网络的整体规划，评估带宽需求、网络架构、互联方案；协同网络团队推进骨干网建设、扩容与优化，保障集群内高速互联、站点间算力互通，支撑跨站点算力调度。 4. 其他：跟踪站点 PUE、装机率、资源利用率、运营成本等经营指标；对接 IDC 业主、工程、供应链、算力运营团队，跟进站点建设、改造、运维事项；输出站点运营报告，识别站点风险并推动闭环。

岗位要求： 1. 本科及以上，通信、网络工程、电气工程、云计算相关专业；3 年及以上 IDC / 智算中心站点运营、机房建设相关经验，有大规模 GPU/NPU 智算站点落地经验优先。 2. 熟悉机房选址评估逻辑，了解电力、制冷、机柜、液冷 / 风冷基础设施；具备站点规划、扩容评估能力，能测算站点经营效率。 3. 掌握骨干网、数据中心网络架构知识，能够独立开展站点骨干网规划、带宽评估与互联方案设计。 4. 具备跨站点资源统筹调拨能力，较强的数据分析能力，可基于站点经营指标识别优化机会。 5. 良好的内外部沟通协调能力，可对接 IDC 物业、工程方、内部多团队，推动站点建设与资源调度落地；结果导向，能管控项目进度与风险。
