岗位职责 1. 作为技术负责人，主导公司平台通信链路、底层通讯软件模块的整体架构设计、技术选型、方案评审与开发落地，负责多机器人集群通信、远距离遥控指令传输、状态回传链路。 2. 负责端‑云‑机器人之间实时通信软件研发，解决高并发多机指令下发、时延控制、网络抖动、弱网环境、超视距远距离传输、信道冲突等核心技术难点，保障遥操作指令低时延、可靠、有序下发。 3. 带领通讯开发小组，进行任务拆解、技术攻关、代码评审，把控代码质量、性能指标，定义通信接口协议，对接硬件机器人端、群控业务平台、超视距遥控前端，完成端侧与平台侧联调。 4. 主导性能压测、稳定性优化，针对百台级机器人集群场景，优化消息队列、通信调度、断线重连、故障降级策略，保障大规模机器人展演、外场超视距作业场景下通信可靠性。 5. 对接产品、测试、现场工程团队，定位通信相关线上/现场问题，输出技术方案；沉淀通信组件、SDK、技术文档，建设团队技术规范。 6. 跟踪行业实时通信、远距离无线通信技术演进，做技术预研，支撑未来业务扩展。 任职要求

1. 本科及以上，计算机/通信相关专业，5年以上后端/通信软件开发经验，有团队技术负责经历；有机器人集群、远程遥操作、实时控制系统开发经验优先。 2. 精通网络编程，熟悉TCP/UDP/QUIC，熟练掌握实时消息、高并发网络服务开发，深入理解时延、丢包、弱网处理机制。 3. 熟悉多机集群、指令调度，了解无线通信（WiFi、星闪等）优先；熟练至少一门主流开发语言（Go/C++）。 4. 具备架构设计能力，能够针对群控、超视距遥控复杂业务输出可行技术方案，能够带领小团队攻坚复杂技术问题。 5. 具备较强问题排查能力，能够处理外场复杂网络环境下的疑难通信问题，接受重点项目紧急联调场景，抗压能力强。 6. 良好沟通协作，可和产品、项目经理、测试高效对齐，输出清晰技术文档。
