职位描述： 负责研发仓库整体运营管理，包括机器人零部件、成品设备、测试工装及辅助物料的入库、出库、库存管理、盘点及数据分析工作。依据公司仓储物流管理制度，建立并执行仓库管理标准流程，确保账实一致、物料可追溯、供应及时高效。协调研发项目物料需求，优化仓库布局与作业流程数字化，支撑研发测试、生产交付及发货任务的顺利推进。 主要职责： 1、仓库运营管理：负责研发仓库日常运营管理，建立并执行物料入库、出库、调拨、盘点等标准流程，确保账、卡、物一致，库存准确率≥99%。 2、物料收发管理：负责机器人零部件（电机、传感器、控制器、灵巧手等）、成品设备、测试工装的收货验收、IQC检验协调、入库登记、领用发放、退货处理，确保物料流转规范、数据准确。 3、库存管理与分析：定期开展库存盘点（月度/季度/年度），分析库存周转率、呆滞物料、安全库存水位，输出库存分析报告，提出优化建议，支撑采购决策与成本控制。 4、仓库规划与优化：规划仓库库位布局，优化物料分类存放、标识管理、拣货路径，提升仓库作业效率与空间利用率；推进仓库信息化建设（SCC/ERP系统）。 5、项目物料协调：对接研发项目团队，协调项目物料需求，建立项目物料台账，支撑研发项目成本归集与核算；处理紧急物料需求，确保研发测试、生产交付及时。 6、发货与物流协调：配合发货需求，组织备货、打包、发货，协调物流商，确保发货及时、包装规范、单据齐全；处理发货异常与客户反馈。 7、安全与5S管理：负责仓库安全管理（防火、防盗、防潮），执行仓库5S标准，维护仓库环境整洁有序，定期检查仓储设备，消除安全隐患。 8、数据报表与汇报：定期以飞书看板或火山引擎、Quick BI等数字化工具输出仓库运营报表（出入库汇总、库存分析、异常处理等），向部门负责人汇报仓库运营状态，支撑管理决策。 9、团队管理与培训：管理仓库分拣员、库管员等团队成员，安排工作任务，培训仓库操作流程与系统使用，提升团队专业能力。 10、跨部门协同：与采购、生产、质量、研发等部门保持紧密协作，处理物料异常、质量反馈、流程优化等跨部门事务，推动问题闭环。

任职要求： 1、学历与经验：本科及以上学历，物流管理、供应链管理、工业工程等相关专业优先；3年以上仓库管理经验，有机器人制造、电子制造、汽车零部件行业经验者优先。 2、专业技能：熟悉仓库管理全流程（入库、出库、盘点、调拨、库存控制），精通SCC、ERP、WMS等仓储管理系统，熟练使用Excel进行数据分析，并可以利用Quick BI、飞书、火山引擎等看板搭建指导资源数字化运营。 3、专业知识：了解IQC检验标准、物料编码规则、库存管理方法论 （如ABC分类、安全库存计算、呆滞物料处理），熟悉仓储物流行业规范与最佳实践。 4、能力素质：责任心强、细心严谨，具备良好的数据分析能力、问题解决能力和沟通协调能力；能独立处理仓库异常，推动流程优化。 5、工作态度：吃苦耐劳，能适应仓库工作环境，接受阶段性加班；有较强的执行力与团队协作意识，服从工作安排。 6、加分项：有PMP、CPIM、CSCP等供应链管理认证优先；有研发仓库管理、项目物料管理经验优先；有仓库信息化建设（系统选型、实施、优化）经验优先。
