The posting

Als Administratief Medewerker Boekhouding ondersteun je de financiële afdeling en zorg je mee voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van de dagelijkse boekhoudkundige en administratieve taken.

Jouw taken:

Je verwerkt en controleert aankoop- en verkoopfacturen, boekt financiële verrichtingen en bankuittreksels en beheert de facturen via Peppol.

Je bereidt betalingen voor en volg je betaaltermijnen en openstaande klanten- en leveranciersrekeningen op.

Je zorgt voor de facturatie van service- en salesorders, het vrijgeven van geblokkeerde salesorders en de verwerking van pakbonnen en verzendnota's.

Je ondersteunt bij de maand- en jaarafsluiting en zorgt ervoor dat financiële en boekhoudkundige documenten correct worden gecontroleerd, geklasseerd en gearchiveerd.

Je beheert en actualiseert je klanten-, leveranciers- en artikelgegevens.

Je maakt eenvoudige rapporteringen en administratieve overzichten op en beantwoordt vragen van klanten, leveranciers en interne collega's over facturen en betalingen.

Je denkt actief mee over efficiëntere administratieve processen en waak je mee over de correcte toepassing van de interne procedures.

Je beschikt minstens over een diploma bedrijfsbeheer of bedrijfswetenschappen. Een graduaatsopleiding is een bijkomende troef.

Je bent in het bezit van een recent behaald diploma boekhouding of hebt relevante werkervaring.

Je beschikt over een goede basiskennis boekhouding en bent vertrouwd met begrippen zoals debet en credit.

Je hebt ervaring met een ERP-pakket. Ervaring met SAP is een sterke plus.

Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels. Kennis Frans is een troef.

Je woont bij voorkeur in de regio Mechelen en hebt een haalbare woon-werkafstand.

Je werkt zeer nauwkeurig en hebt een sterk cijfermatig en analytisch inzicht.

Je bent gestructureerd, discreet, betrouwbaar en integer.

Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een klein team.

Je bent communicatief, klantgericht en stressbestendig.

Je werkt probleemoplossend en hebt oog voor detail.
