The posting

  • Je stelt maandelijkse, kwartaal- en jaarlijkse financiële rapporteringen op en zorgt voor een nauwkeurige opvolging en analyse.
  • Je bewaakt de financiële resultaten en volgt budgetten en forecasts nauwgezet op.
  • Je voert variantieanalyses uit en brengt afwijkingen ten opzichte van budgetten en voorgaande periodes in kaart.
  • Je volgt de cashflow, het werkkapitaal een en de belangrijkste financiële KPI's op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je ondersteunt de maand- en jaarafsluitingen in nauwe samenwerking met de boekhouding en externe accountants.
  • Je analyseert kostenstructuren, marges en rendabiliteit en identificeert opportuniteiten voor verbetering.
  • Je vertaalt financiële cijfers naar heldere inzichten en adviseert het management bij strategische en operationele beslissingen.
  • Je neemt initiatief om financiële processen, rapporteringen en interne controles te optimaliseren en te automatiseren.
  • Je werkt actief mee aan strategische en financiële projecten en draagt zo bij aan de verdere groei en professionalisering van de onderneming.
  • Je volgt onze bouwprojecten financieel op: van budget en forecast tot nacalculatie, cashflow, resultaat en rendabiliteit.
  • Je ontwikkelt relevante KPI's en dashboards en maakt informatie snel en transparant beschikbaar voor directie en management.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de boekhouding, maar je rol ligt nadrukkelijk bij analyse, controlling en business partnering – niet bij operationele boekhouding.
  • Opleiding: Master in een economische of financiële richting (bijv. TEW, Handelswetenschappen, Accountancy-Fiscaliteit). Een ManaMa of BanaMa is een troef.
  • Ervaring: Relevante ervaring in controlling, audit of consultancy (bijv. Big Four). Ervaring in de bouwsector is een plus, maar financieel inzicht en business feeling zijn belangrijker.
  • Kennis & Skills: Grondige kennis van accounting en financiële rapportering (geen klassieke boekhoudrol). Uitstekende Excel-kennis en ervaring met BI/ERP-tools (zoals Power BI).
  • Profiel: Data-minded, analytisch en kritisch. Je vertaalt complexe cijfers naar heldere inzichten voor het management. Ambitieus en leergierig om door te groeien.
