Wil je financiële cijfers vertalen naar inzichten die mee richting geven aan een onderneming? Voor een groeiende bouwgroep zoeken we een Financial & Business Controller die analyse combineert met businessinzicht en initiatief.

Je helpt de controlling verder uitbouwen, ondersteunt het management bij beslissingen en maakt de financiële prestaties van projecten en ondernemingen inzichtelijk. Daarbij krijg je ruimte om processen te verbeteren en op termijn door te groeien naar een bredere, strategische verantwoordelijkheid binnen Finance.

  • Je verzorgt de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarrapporteringen voor verschillende ondernemingen binnen de groep.
  • Je volgt resultaten, budgetten en forecasts op, analyseert afwijkingen en vertaalt die naar concrete aanbevelingen.
  • Je bewaakt cashflow, werkkapitaal en financiële KPI's.
  • Je volgt bouwprojecten financieel op: van budget en forecast tot nacalculatie, marge en rendabiliteit.
  • Je analyseert kostenstructuren en identificeert mogelijkheden om de resultaten te verbeteren.
  • Je ondersteunt de maand- en jaarafsluitingen, samen met de boekhouding en externe accountants.
  • Je ontwikkelt dashboards die directie en management snel een helder beeld geven van de prestaties.
  • Je neemt initiatief om financiële processen, rapporteringen en interne controles te verbeteren en te automatiseren.
  • Je werkt mee aan strategische en financiële projecten die de verdere groei van de groep ondersteunen.
  • Je focus ligt op analyse, controlling en business partnering. Je werkt nauw samen met de boekhouding, terwijl jouw verantwoordelijkheid vooral draait om inzicht, advies en vooruitkijken.
