Voor een groeiende onderneming binnen de bouwsector zijn we op zoek naar een Financial & Business Controller die financiële cijfers omzet in waardevolle inzichten. Je ondersteunt het management bij het nemen van onderbouwde beslissingen en draagt actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de financiële werking.

In deze functie combineer je financiële rapportering en analyse met procesoptimalisatie en business partnering. Daarnaast krijg je de mogelijkheid om je verantwoordelijkheden op termijn uit te breiden en door te groeien naar een meer strategische rol binnen Finance.

Financial & Business Controller - Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je verzorgt de maandelijkse, kwartaal- en jaarlijkse financiële rapporteringen en analyseert de resultaten van verschillende entiteiten.
  • Je bewaakt budgetten, forecasts, cashflow, werkkapitaal en financiële KPI's.
  • Je voert variantieanalyses uit, onderzoekt afwijkingen en formuleert gerichte verbeteracties.
  • Je analyseert kostenstructuren, marges en rendabiliteit en identificeert mogelijkheden om de financiële prestaties te verbeteren.
  • Je ondersteunt de maand- en jaarafsluitingen in samenwerking met de boekhouding en externe accountants, met een duidelijke focus op controlling en financiële analyse.
  • Je denkt actief mee over de optimalisatie en automatisering van financiële processen, rapporteringen en interne controles.

Financial & Business Controller - Profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een diploma in een economische of financiële richting.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen financial controlling, business controlling, audit, consultancy of een vergelijkbare financieel-analytische functie.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van accounting en financiële rapportering en wil je verder ontwikkelen op het vlak van analyse, procesoptimalisatie en business partnering.
  • Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van Excel. Ervaring met Power BI, ERP-systemen of andere rapporteringstools is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en weet financiële gegevens te vertalen naar heldere inzichten en concrete aanbevelingen voor het management en andere stakeholders.
