Wat er van de band rolt, daar zijn we trots op. Hoe veilig dat gebeurt, is minstens even belangrijk. Als Preventieadviseur niveau 1 krijg je de kans om zichtbaar impact te maken en samen met onze collega’s veiligheid elke dag een stap verder te brengen.Wat zal je doen bij Agristo?

  • Je bent regelmatig op de werkvloer te vinden en houdt zo voeling met wat er dagelijks gebeurt. Tijdens je rondgangen ga je in gesprek met collega’s en kijk je waar we nog veiliger kunnen werken. Vanuit jouw expertise geef je praktisch advies en denk je mee over oplossingen die ook echt werken in de praktijk
  • Wetgeving en veiligheidsvoorschriften vertaal je naar duidelijke en haalbare afspraken. Daarbij kijk je verder dan wat er op papier staat en houd je rekening met de realiteit op de werkvloer. Zo vinden we samen een goede balans tussen veilig en werkbaar
  • Bij de komst van nieuwe installaties word je al vanaf de offertefase betrokken. Je denkt mee over mogelijke risico’s en geeft advies voordat plannen werkelijkheid worden. Op die manier bouwen we veiligheid vanaf het begin mee in onze projecten
  • Merk je een gevaarlijke situatie op, dan bekijk je samen met de betrokken collega’s wat nodig is om veilig verder te kunnen. Ook na een ernstig arbeidsongeval neem je de nodige opvolging en het omstandig verslag voor je rekening. De inzichten daaruit gebruik je om bij te leren en gelijkaardige situaties in de toekomst te voorkomen
  • Daarnaast verzorg je de maandelijkse rapportering voor het CBPW en werk je nauw samen met het COE. Je helpt om bredere veiligheidskaders te vertalen naar wat we in Nazareth nodig hebben. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s binnen QESH en houdt bij veiligheidsvraagstukken rekening met raakvlakken met kwaliteit en milieu
  • Doorheen alles wat je doet, draag je bij aan een veiligheidscultuur die elke dag sterker wordt. Dat doe je niet alleen met procedures en afspraken, maar vooral door aanwezig te zijn, te luisteren en mensen mee te krijgen. Want veiligheid werkt pas echt wanneer iedereen er samen de schouders onder zet
  • Je bent Preventieadviseur niveau 1 en hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een productieomgeving
  • Veiligheidswetgeving kent voor jou weinig geheimen, maar regels alleen zijn niet genoeg. Je zoekt graag mee naar oplossingen die veilig, haalbaar en werkbaar zijn voor de mensen op de vloer
  • Tussen de mensen voel je je op je best. Je loopt graag de werkvloer op, luistert naar wat er speelt en merkt snel waar het beter kan. Een goede veiligheidscultuur bouw je volgens jou samen op
  • Je bent verbindend en pragmatisch, maar durft ook duidelijk positie in te nemen wanneer veiligheid in het gedrang komt. Je onderbouwt je advies met expertise en communiceert helder, ook wanneer de boodschap niet de gemakkelijkste is
  • In het Nederlands communiceer je vlot. Ook in het Frans of Engels kun je een gesprek voeren met collega’s op de werkvloer
  • Omdat onze productie 24/7 draait, kan er ook buiten de daguren iets gebeuren waarbij jouw aanwezigheid nodig is. In zo’n situatie ben je flexibel en kom je naar de site om de nodige ondersteuning te bieden
