Als ein schnell wachsendes Unternehmen, das sich auf dezentrale Energielösungen spezialisiert, suchen wir einen erfahrenen Baukoordinator / Supervisor (m/w/d), der die Koordination der Bauaktivitäten für unsere internationalen Projekte leitet. Du arbeitest eng mit lokalen und internationalen Partnern zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere fortschrittlichen Energiesysteme nahtlos vor Ort integriert werden. Der ideale Kandidat verfügt über einen starken ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Hintergrund, eine proaktive Denkweise und Erfahrung in der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit, insbesondere mit dem mechanischen und verfahrenstechnischen Team.

Deine Aufgaben

  1. Baukoordination und Projektausführung Koordination der Planung und Ausführung von Bauaktivitäten mit lokalen und internationalen EPC-Partnern, Lieferanten und Anbietern, von der Standortvorbereitung bis zur Inbetriebnahme, um die Einhaltung der Projektzeitpläne und Anforderungen sicherzustellen. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den mechanischen und verfahrenstechnischen Teams, um technische Spezifikationen nahtlos vor Ort zu integrieren und den Erfolg unserer Energieprojekte sicherzustellen.
  2. Zusammenarbeit und Stakeholder-Management Förderung der effektiven Zusammenarbeit zwischen internen Ingenieurteams, einschließlich mechanischer und verfahrenstechnischer Experten, und externen Auftragnehmern, um sicherzustellen, dass die Bauprojekte den Zielen entsprechen. Als Hauptansprechpartner zwischen AHT CleanTec, Kunden, EPC-Partnern und Lieferanten fungieren, um technische Anforderungen zu klären und die Kommunikation zur Erreichung der Projektziele zu steuern.
  3. Technische Integration und Qualitätskontrolle Sicherstellen, dass mechanische, strukturelle und verfahrenstechnische Komponenten gemäß den Projektstandards integriert sind und den Branchenvorschriften entsprechen. Nutzung des Fachwissens interner Ingenieurteams, um Qualitätssicherungsfragen zu adressieren und sich an Änderungen der Projektanforderungen anzupassen.
  4. Problemlösung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten zur Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe und Implementierung bewährter Verfahren im Bauwesen, mit Fokus auf die nahtlose Integration dezentraler Energielösungen. Proaktives Anpassen an Herausforderungen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Projektzeitpläne und Qualitätsstandards eingehalten werden.
  5. Kommunikation und Berichterstattung Regelmäßige Updates und Berichte an Stakeholder liefern, um Transparenz und Ausrichtung an den Projektzielen sicherzustellen. Klare Kommunikation mit den Inbetriebnahmeingenieuren und anderen Teams pflegen, um den Projektabschluss zu unterstützen.

Dein Profil

  1. Erfahrung und Ausbildung 6-10+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Baukoordination, Überwachung oder Projektleitung, idealerweise im Energie-, Industrie- oder Kraftwerkssektor. Ein Abschluss in Maschinenbau, Bauingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet, mit Kenntnissen im Kraftwerks- oder Industrieanlagenbau.
  2. Kenntnisse in Ingenieurdisziplinen Erfahrung in der engen Zusammenarbeit mit mechanischen und verfahrenstechnischen Teams, mit einem soliden Verständnis der technischen Anforderungen.
  3. Technische Fähigkeiten Vertrautheit mit R&I-Fließschemata, Bauunterlagen und CAD-Tools. Erfahrung mit PDM-Systemen und ERP-Software ist von Vorteil. Kenntnisse in Projektmanagementsoftware sind ebenfalls von Nutzen.
  4. Denkweise und Herangehensweise Unternehmerisch, proaktiv und anpassungsfähig, mit einem Fokus auf Zusammenarbeit und Problemlösung. In der Lage, komplexe Projekte zu koordinieren und mehrere Stakeholder in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu managen.
  5. Sprachkenntnisse Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch, mit der Fähigkeit, effektiv in einem internationalen Umfeld zu kommunizieren.

Construction Coordinator / Supervisor (m/f/d)

Position Overview Join AHT CleanTec in our mission to drive groundbreaking innovations in clean energy. As a fast-growing company specializing in decentralized energy solutions that generate syngas from biomass, we are seeking a skilled Construction Coordinator / Supervisor (m/f/d) to lead the coordination of construction activities for our international projects. You will work closely with local and international partners, ensuring that our advanced energy systems are integrated seamlessly on-site. The ideal candidate brings a strong engineering background, a proactive mindset, and experience working across disciplines, particularly with mechanical and process engineering teams.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Construction Coordination and Project Execution Coordinate the planning and execution of construction activities with local and international EPC partners, vendors, and suppliers, from site preparation to commissioning, ensuring alignment with project schedules and requirements. Work closely with mechanical and process engineering teams to integrate technical specifications seamlessly on-site, ensuring the success of our energy projects.
  2. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management Facilitate effective collaboration between internal engineering teams, including mechanical and process experts, and external contractors, to ensure that construction aligns with project goals. Act as a key liaison between AHT CleanTec, clients, EPC partners, and suppliers, addressing technical needs and managing communication to achieve project objectives.
  3. Technical Integration and Quality Control Ensure that mechanical, structural, and process components are integrated according to project standards, while maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Leverage expertise from internal engineering teams to address quality assurance concerns and adapt to any changes in project requirements.
  4. Problem-Solving and Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and implement best practices in construction management, while keeping a focus on the seamless integration of decentralized energy solutions. Adapt proactively to challenges, ensuring that project timelines and quality standards are met.
  5. Communication and Reporting Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals. Maintain clear communication with commissioning engineers and other teams as needed to support project completion.

Your Profile

  1. Experience and Education 6-10+ years of experience in construction coordination, supervision, or project management, ideally within the energy, industrial, or power plant sectors. A degree in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, or a related field, with knowledge of power plant or industrial construction.
  2. Exposure to Engineering Disciplines Experience working closely with mechanical and process engineering teams, with a solid understanding of technical requirements.
  3. Technical Skills Familiarity with P&ID, construction documents, and CAD tools. Experience with PDM systems and ERP software is an added advantage. Knowledge of project management software is also beneficial.
  4. Mindset and Approach Entrepreneurial, proactive, and adaptable, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving. Capable of coordinating complex projects and managing multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
  5. Language Proficiency Fluent in both German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international setting.
