Wir sind ein schnell wachsendes Unternehmen und suchen einen erfahrenen Projektleiter (m/w/d), um internationale Projekte zu leiten und vielfältige Teams zusammenzubringen, um die Zukunft der nachhaltigen Energie neu zu gestalten. Diese Rolle geht über die bloße Prozessverfolgung hinaus es geht darum, neu zu definieren, wie Energie erzeugt, geliefert und genutzt wird. Du spielst eine entscheidende Rolle dabei, traditionelle Ingenieursansätze mit modernen, innovativen Lösungen zu verbinden und die Zukunft der dezentralen, klimafreundlichen Energie aktiv mitzugestalten.

Deine Aufgaben

  1. Projektführung und Koordination Übernimm die Verantwortung für den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus von der Konzeptentwicklung und Machbarkeitsstudie bis zur Inbetriebnahme und Übergabe. Stelle sicher, dass alle Projekte die Leistungs-, Zeit- und Budgetziele erreichen und den Industriestandards entsprechen.
  2. Teammanagement und Zusammenarbeit Koordination und Führung kleiner, funktionsübergreifender Teams im In- und Ausland, um eine reibungslose Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit über verschiedene kulturelle und berufliche Hintergründe hinweg sicherzustellen. Als Bindeglied zwischen traditionellen deutschen Lieferanten und innovativen Technologielösungen agieren, um bewährte Praktiken mit modernen Ansätzen zu integrieren.
  3. Kunden- und Stakeholder-Engagement Hauptansprechpartner für Kunden und Stakeholder, um Projektanforderungen zu verhandeln und die Übereinstimmung mit den Unternehmenszielen sicherzustellen. Technische und strategische Beratung zur Unterstützung der Kundenbedürfnisse leisten. Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch fließend anpassen, je nach Ansprechpartner vom technischen Experten bis zum Geschäftsführer.
  4. Technische Führung und Ingenieurintegration Integration von mechanischen, baulichen und verfahrenstechnischen Aspekten über alle Projektphasen hinweg leiten und sicherstellen, dass eine kohärente und technisch fundierte Umsetzung erfolgt. Verbesserungspotenziale in den Projektabläufen identifizieren und umsetzen, um Herausforderungen mit einem unternehmerischen Mindset schnell zu bewältigen.
  5. Innovation und Einfluss Echte Clean Energy-Initiativen vorantreiben, indem nachhaltige Praktiken und innovative Technologien authentisch umgesetzt werden. Teams dazu inspirieren, kreativ zu denken und schnell zu handeln, um Entscheidungen zu treffen, die die Zukunft der dezentralen, klimafreundlichen Energiegestaltung formen.

Dein Profil

  1. Erfahrung und Ausbildung 8-10 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien, des Ingenieurwesens oder der Industrie. Erfahrung mit Biomasse oder verwandten Bereichen ist von Vorteil. Ein Masterabschluss in Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet ist von Vorteil. Erfahrung im Bereich von Kraftwerks-, Vergaser- oder ähnlichen Anlagenbauprojekten oder fundiertes Wissen über grundlegende Konstruktionsanforderungen und Konzepte ist von Vorteil.
  2. Zertifizierungen Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung wie PRINCE2, PMI, GPM oder andere international anerkannte Qualifikationen.
  3. Technische Fähigkeiten Kenntnisse in ERP- und PDM-Systemen. Erfahrung mit SolidWorks, AutoCAD oder anderen CAD-Tools. Fähigkeit, R&I-Fließschemata (P&ID) zu lesen und zu interpretieren.
  4. Sprachkenntnisse Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau oder Muttersprache sind erforderlich. C1-Niveau wird ebenfalls in Betracht gezogen, wenn der Kandidat über nachgewiesene professionelle Sprachkenntnisse in einem deutschsprachigen Arbeitsumfeld verfügt. Englischkenntnisse (fließend in Wort und Schrift) sind aufgrund der internationalen Ausrichtung der Projekte erforderlich.
  5. Mindset und Herangehensweise Unternehmerisches Denken mit einem Antrieb für Innovation und kontinuierliche Verbesserung. Fähigkeit, in dynamischen Umgebungen schnell Entscheidungen zu treffen. Überzeugungsstark und belastbar, mit der Fähigkeit, effektiv mit verschiedenen Interessengruppen zusammenzuarbeiten, auch mit solchen, die Veränderungen ablehnen.

We are a fast-growing company seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) to lead international projects and unite diverse teams in transforming the future of sustainable energy. Your Responsibilities

  1. Project Management and Coordination Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from concept development and feasibility studies to commissioning and handover. Ensure that all projects meet performance, schedule, and budget targets, as well as compliance with industry standards.
  2. Team Management and Collaboration Manage and coordinate small, cross-functional teams, both locally and internationally, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across diverse cultural and professional backgrounds. Act as a bridge between traditional German suppliers and innovative technology approaches, integrating established practices with cutting-edge solutions.
  3. Client and Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, negotiating project requirements and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Provide technical and strategic guidance to support customer needs. Communicate fluently in both German and English, adapting communication styles to various stakeholders, from technical experts to executives.
  4. Technical Leadership & Engineering Integration Guide the integration of mechanical, construction, and process engineering across all project phases, ensuring a cohesive and technically sound execution. Identify and implement improvements in project workflows, leveraging your entrepreneurial mindset to anticipate and resolve challenges quickly.
  5. Innovation and Impact Drive authentic Clean Energy initiatives by embracing sustainable practices and innovative technologies. Inspire teams to think creatively and act quickly, making decisions that shape the future of decentralized, climate-positive energy.

Your Profile

  1. Experience and Education 8-10 years of experience in project management within the renewable energy, engineering, or industrial sector. Experience with biomass or related fields is preferred. A Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous. Experience in power plant, gasifier, or similar plant construction projects, or a solid understanding of basic construction requirements and concepts, is an advantage.
  2. Certifications Project Management certification, such as PRINCE2, PMI, GPM, or other equivalent internationally recognized qualifications.
  3. Technical Skills Proficiency in ERP and PDM systems. Experienced with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or other CAD tools. Ability to read and interpret P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams).
  4. Language Proficiency German Language Requirements: Candidates must possess German language skills at C2 level or be a native speaker (Muttersprache). C1 level may also be considered if the candidate has demonstrated strong professional fluency in a German-speaking work environment. English Proficiency: Candidates must be fluent in English (spoken and written) due to the international nature of the projects.
  5. Mindset and Approach Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for innovation and continuous improvement. Capable of making fast decisions in dynamic environments. Persuasive and resilient, with a talent for working effectively with diverse stakeholders, including those who may resist change.
