1、技术调研：针对具体的AI技术和应用场景进行系统性调研，主要聚焦前沿大模型理论和架构以及AI4Science的前沿技术与研究方向，并在技术内核、发展趋势、行业技术现状、需求逻辑、落地可行性等方面进行梳理和综合分析，最终梳理出可以进行项目布局的具体方向。 2、团队识别：基于调研结果，快速识别和梳理相关领域国内外最优潜力和领域优势的科研/企业团队。 3、团队触达：面向调研识别出的高潜力团队，与主管沟通触达需求与计划，并协调主管和团队时间，组织线上/线下的逐步交流和沟通内容汇集和梳理，确保高潜力团队的触达阶段按计划进行。 4、其他工作：主管交代的其他事务性工作

1、经历背景：本科及以上在读，限自然科学/医学/工程科学/人工智能/数学专业，有AI4S相关研究/项目经历优先，有产业实习经历的优先； 2、个人能力：具备良好的沟通能力，能有效与团队成员及潜在外部候选团队PI交流，对于技术创新感兴趣，有能力也有兴趣跟AI4S的研究者进行连续沟通，积极主动，具备良好的团队合作精神； 3、工作能力：具备出色的信息检索、技术理解归纳、未来方向推测能力，并善于利用各类工具和资源快速获取信息进行自我迭代；善于利用大模型工具提升调研效率，并能快速建立高效的技术信息收集和分析流程，能够不断优化迭代工作流并进行沉淀；最终将调研成果汇集，并形成团队内部共享信息库； 4、未来发展：对前沿科技投资行业有浓厚兴趣，愿意学习相关知识，愿意接受相关工作的挑战。
