计算机、人工智能、生物信息、计算化学 / 材料等相关专业博士，应届或毕业两年内 具备第一作者论文，发表于本领域主流会议或期刊（机器学习方向如 NeurIPS / ICML / ICLR / ACL，领域方向如相应顶级期刊），能清晰阐述课题的问题定义、方法取舍与局限 熟悉 LLM 与智能体技术栈（tool use、RAG、长上下文、评测），具备独立实现与复现能力 熟练使用 Python 与 PyTorch，具备良好的工程与实验管理习惯 实验方法论严谨，重视对照、统计显著性与可复现性
