1. 需求梳理与文档：在导师（Mentor）指导下，协助开展业务沟通、需求调研和竞品分析，梳理业务流程与规则，撰写和维护 PRD、字段说明及验收标准，配合完成评审与项目事项跟进。 2. 产品流程与原型设计：根据需求设计业务流程和交互原型，明确页面操作、状态及异常反馈，结合评审意见迭代；使用 AI Coding 工具搭建可交互演示、验证产品想法。 3. 测试设计与执行：根据需求文档和原型设计测试场景与用例，覆盖主要业务流程、异常情况和边界条件；执行功能测试与回归测试，记录并跟进问题修复、复测及上线验证。 4. 验收与体验改进：协助开展原型走查、需求验收和用户试用，核对需求与功能的一致性，整理反馈并提出体验优化建议。 5. AI 与 Agent 应用探索：参与 Agent 业务场景与交互方案设计，梳理工具调用、人工确认和结果反馈流程；协助开展 Prompt 优化、评估样例整理与效果测试。

1. 大三及以上在校生，计算机科学、软件工程、信息管理、数学等相关专业，具有计算机相关背景者优先。 2. 逻辑清晰、表达准确，能将业务问题转化为流程、规则和页面说明，主动澄清需求。 3. 掌握 Figma、Axure、墨刀等至少一种原型工具，能制作页面原型并说明交互逻辑；熟练使用飞书多维表格／文档、Excel 等工具。 4. 具备 AI Coding 实践经验，对 Agent 的工作机制、适用场景及能力边界有自己的理解；能快速上手相关工具或框架，围绕业务需求搭建可运行的 Demo，完成调试与效果验证。 5. 认真细致，具备责任心、沟通协作与执行能力，能按计划交付并跟进问题，主动核验 AI 生成内容。 6. 可连续实习半年或以上，每周至少 4 天到岗，全职实习者优先。
