Deine Aufgaben

Du begleitest gern Projekte von der ersten Idee bis zum Go-live und darüber hinaus. Du sitzt mit Kunden am Tisch, verstehst, wie sie arbeiten, und sorgst dafür, dass aus ihren Anforderungen ein System wird, das im Alltag wirklich genutzt wird.

Bei uns machst du das für Finanzdienstleister: Finanzierungsplattformen, Vermögens- und Immobilienverwalter, Versicherer. Du betreust deine Kunden nicht nur im Projekt, sondern auch danach, wenn ihr System weiterwächst.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du nimmst in Workshops mit Fachbereichen und Geschäftsführung auf, was gebraucht wird, und übersetzt das in Lösungen in Salesforce.
  • Du richtest Salesforce selbst ein: Datenmodell, Flows, Berichte, Berechtigungen. Bei Entwicklungsthemen arbeitest du mit unseren Entwicklern in Deutschland und Indien zusammen.
  • Du planst und steuerst deine Projekte, also Umfang, Zeitplan und Budget, und hältst den Kunden auf dem Laufenden.
  • Nach dem Go-live bleibst du Ansprechpartner und entwickelst das System mit dem Kunden weiter.
  • Du schulst Anwender und dokumentierst, was du baust.
  • KI-Werkzeuge nutzt du selbstverständlich in deiner Arbeit und hilfst, sie auch bei unseren Kunden einzusetzen.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast Erfahrung in Salesforce-Projekten, ob als Consultant, in der Projektleitung oder als Admin.
  • Du kannst Salesforce selbst konfigurieren und merkst, wann eine Lösung zu kompliziert wird.
  • Du behältst den Überblick, wenn mehrere Kunden gleichzeitig etwas von dir wollen.
  • Du redest gern mit Kunden und sagst auch mal Nein, wenn ein Wunsch dem System schadet.
  • Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und gut Englisch.

Schön wäre Erfahrung mit Finanzdienstleistern und Salesforce-Zertifizierungen, etwa als Administrator oder Consultant.
