Du bist bald mit dem Studium fertig und willst herausfinden, ob Vertrieb dein Ding ist, bevor du dich festlegst. Du redest gern mit Menschen, willst verstehen, wie andere Unternehmen funktionieren, und kommst damit klar, auch mal ein Nein zu hören.

Bei uns lernst du B2B-Vertrieb von Grund auf. Du findest heraus, welche Finanzdienstleister zu uns passen, sprichst sie an und bereitest die Gespräche vor, die wir dann gemeinsam führen. Wenn es für beide Seiten passt, übernehmen wir dich nach deinem Abschluss in eine feste Vertriebsrolle.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du recherchierst Unternehmen aus Financial Services, die zu uns passen, und findest dort die richtigen Ansprechpartner.
  • Du schreibst erste Nachrichten auf LinkedIn und per E-Mail und fasst nach, wenn keine Antwort kommt.
  • Nach der Einarbeitung telefonierst du auch selbst und vereinbarst Termine.
  • Du bereitest Kundengespräche vor und bist bei einigen davon dabei.
  • Du hältst Kontakte und Gespräche in Salesforce fest, damit wir jederzeit wissen, wo wir stehen.
  • Du schaust dir an, welche Ansprache funktioniert und welche nicht, und hilfst uns, besser zu werden.

Dein Profil

  • Du studierst BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder etwas Ähnliches und bist im Master oder in den letzten Semestern deines Bachelors.
  • Du kommunizierst gern, am Telefon genauso wie schriftlich, und sprichst sehr gut Deutsch.
  • Du bleibst dran, auch wenn nicht jeder Kontakt sofort klappt.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und magst es, wenn Daten sauber sind.
  • Finanzthemen, Software oder Beratung interessieren dich. Salesforce und unsere Kunden lernst du bei uns kennen.

Schön wäre erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb, im Kundenkontakt oder mit einem CRM, egal ob aus Nebenjob, Praktikum oder Ehrenamt.
