Deine Aufgaben

Du bist seit einigen Jahren in Salesforce-Projekten unterwegs. Du baust lieber selbst, als nur Konzepte zu schreiben, und am Ende bist meistens du die Person, die weiß, wie das System wirklich zusammenhängt. Und du merkst, wie stark KI gerade verändert, wie wir arbeiten – das willst du in echten Projekten erleben, nicht nur in Demos.

Genau dafür suchen wir dich. Rund 60 % deiner Zeit arbeitest du in Projekten mit unseren Kunden aus Financial Services. Den Rest nutzt du, um uns als Team besser zu machen: Du bist die technische Anlaufstelle, machst aus unseren Leistungspaketen Produkte, die wir immer gleich gut liefern können, und baust Wissen über die Branche auf.

Deine Aufgaben

In Kundenprojekten (rund 60 %)

  • Du klärst mit Geschäftsführung und Fachbereichen unserer Kunden, was gebraucht wird, und setzt es selbst um: Datenmodell, Flows, Apex, Integrationen.
  • Du bringst KI in die Prozesse unserer Kunden, mit Agentforce, Claude oder dem, was am besten passt.
  • Du triffst die Architekturentscheidungen in deinen Projekten.

Im Team

  • Wenn es technisch hakt, bist du die Anlaufstelle, auch in Projekten, die du nicht selbst leitest.
  • Du machst Code-Reviews, hilfst Kolleginnen und Kollegen in Deutschland und Indien weiter und achtest darauf, dass sauber versioniert, getestet und dokumentiert wird.

  • Du machst aus unseren Betreuungs- und Einstiegspaketen Produkte mit festem Umfang, die jeder im Team gleich gut liefern kann – mit Vorlagen, Implementierungsskripten und Regeln für unsere KI-Agenten.
  • Was sich in einem Projekt bewährt, machst du für das nächste wiederverwendbar.

In der Branche

  • Du lernst, wie Finanzdienstleister arbeiten, und machst dieses Wissen für das Team nutzbar: typische Abläufe, Datenstrukturen und Anforderungen.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast über mehrere Jahre Salesforce-Projekte verantwortet, als Senior Consultant, Developer oder Architect, und kannst konfigurieren und entwickeln.
  • Git, Salesforce CLI und automatisierte Deployments gehören für dich zum Alltag.
  • Du nutzt KI-Tools wie Claude Code, Cursor oder Agentforce schon in deiner Arbeit und hast eine eigene Meinung dazu, was sie können und was nicht.
  • Du kannst technische Dinge so erklären, dass sie auch Nicht-Techniker verstehen.
  • Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und gut Englisch.

Schön wäre außerdem:

  • Du hast schon für Banken, Versicherungen, Vermögensverwalter oder FinTechs gearbeitet.
  • Du hast Salesforce-Zertifizierungen, etwa als Developer oder Architect.
