A Air Products, empresa multinacional com mais de 80 anos de atuação no setor industrial de gases do ar, te convida a fazer parte da equipe como Analista de Custos e Compliance em São Paulo.

Nesta posição, você será responsável pela governança dos custos, contratos, cobranças e pagamentos da área, garantindo conformidade contratual, precisão das informações financeiras e visibilidade dos custos logísticos. Também apoiará análises de Budget, Forecast e Operating Plan, contribuindo para a identificação de desvios, riscos e oportunidades de melhoria.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Validar e acompanhar cobranças de transportadoras e fornecedores logísticos, assegurando a aderência aos contratos e às negociações vigentes;
  • Realizar e controlar o fechamento mensal dos custos de transporte, incluindo apuração de valores, análise de requisições de compra, aprovações e acompanhamento dos pagamentos;
  • Preparar e enviar provisões de custos dentro dos prazos estabelecidos, garantindo a correta contabilização dos valores;
  • Acompanhar o processo de pagamento de fornecedores, desde o recebimento das faturas até a sua efetivação, apoiando a resolução de pendências e atrasos;
  • Consolidar e organizar informações para a elaboração do Operating Plan e apoiar análises de Forecast e Budget;
  • Elaborar relatórios mensais de custos de Supply Chain, analisando variações, tendências, desvios e oportunidades de melhoria;
  • Garantir o cálculo, o provisionamento e a aplicação correta de reajustes contratuais;
  • Apoiar a governança dos contratos com concorrentes, incluindo operações spot, Take-or-Pay, coparticipações e cobranças específicas;
  • Investigar divergências em faturas, pagamentos, contratos e demais processos financeiros;
  • Manter controles atualizados, documentados e auditáveis, garantindo a rastreabilidade das decisões, aprovações e premissas financeiras.

Requisitos

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Logística, Economia, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas;
  • Inglês e espanhol em nível intermediário;
  • Experiência em custos, controladoria, cobrança, contas a pagar, contratos, logística ou processos administrativo-financeiros;
  • Excel avançado e domínio do Microsoft Office;
  • Raciocínio analítico, organização, disciplina e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Boa comunicação oral e escrita;
  • Capacidade de investigação e facilidade para se relacionar com áreas internas e fornecedores.
