We are on a mission to reinvent how companies and professionals connect worldwide, and we're looking for a Recruitment Management Trainee to help us get there. During this three-month program, you will get a front-row seat to life at a growing startup, learn the ins and outs of recruitment, and have the chance to step into a full-time role if you shine.

What You'll Do

  • Get Hands-On with Recruitment: You will help with job postings, sourcing, and interviewing. Think of it as your crash course in full-cycle hiring.
  • Support Candidate Experience: You will ensure our candidates feel welcomed and informed at every step, from their first interaction to their onboarding.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialists and other teams to understand different hiring needs and uncover the best talent.
  • Track and Analyze: Keep tabs on candidates, update our Applicant Tracking System, and learn how metrics influence better hiring decisions.
  • Contribute to Our Employer Brand: Help us create engaging job ads, social media content, and outreach campaigns that reflect our startup energy.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree: Ideally in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Startup Enthusiasm: You are excited by rapid change, constant learning, and the chance to build things from scratch.
