The posting

Será responsable de garantizar la calidad técnica y los estándares durante el ciclo de vida de proyectos (desde planificación y diseño hasta implementación y cierre). Colaborará con equipos de proyecto, ingeniería y operaciones para definir criterios de calidad, ejecutar controles y auditorías, y promover la mejora continua de procesos y productos.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Definir y aplicar planes de calidad específicos para proyectos (QA/QC), incluyendo criterios de aceptación, métricas y procedimientos de prueba.
  • Revisar requisitos, especificaciones técnicas y planes de proyecto para identificar riesgos de calidad (AMFE).
  • Diseñar, planificar y ejecutar pruebas funcionales, de integración y de sistema; coordinar pruebas de terceros cuando aplique.
  • Realizar inspecciones, auditorías y revisiones técnicas en sitios y/o entornos de desarrollo.
  • Monitorear indicadores clave de calidad (KPI) y preparar informes periódicos para stakeholders.
  • Gestionar no conformidades: registro, análisis de causa raíz, trazabilidad y seguimiento de acciones correctivas y preventivas (CAPA/8D).
  • Asegurar cumplimiento de normativas, estándares internos y requisitos del cliente.
  • Promover buenas prácticas de calidad y capacitación a equipos de proyecto.
  • Apoyar en la implementación de sistemas de gestión de calidad (ISO u otros) y en procesos de mejora continua.

Requisitos y experiencia:

  • Título universitario en Ingeniería (Industrial, de Calidad, Mecánica, Electrónica, Software u otro afín).
  • Experiencia mínima de 3–5 años en roles calidad en proyectos complejos (automoción, farmacéutica).
  • Conocimientos de metodologías de pruebas, herramientas de gestión de calidad y técnicas de análisis de fallas.
  • Familiaridad con normativas y estándares aplicables y Core Tools (APQP, AMFE, 8D, PPAP, SPC)
  • Experiencia en gestión de no conformidades y CAPA (8D).

Habilidades técnicas:

  • Conocimientos de control estadístico de procesos (SPC), MSA, APQP, FMEA.
  • Capacidad para leer e interpretar planos, especificaciones técnicas y documentación de pruebas.
  • Competencias en Excel avanzado; conocimiento de software de gestión de calidad es un plus.

Habilidades blandas:

  • Orientación al detalle y enfoque analítico.
  • Capacidad de comunicación efectiva con equipos multidisciplinarios y clientes.
  • Organización, gestión de prioridades y autonomía.
  • Habilidades para resolución de problemas y trabajo bajo presión.

Certificaciones (deseables):

  • Certificación Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), ASQ (CQE) o certificaciones relacionadas con calidad.
  • Certificación en gestión de proyectos (PMP) es un plus.

Indicadores de desempeño (KPIs) sugeridos:

  • Tasa de no conformidades por proyecto.
  • Tiempo medio de resolución de incidencias.
  • Cumplimiento de planes de prueba y cobertura de pruebas.
  • Satisfacción del cliente / auditorías sin hallazgos mayores.
