Relevant au Gestionnaire du développement des affaires, le Spécialiste des ventes internes fera partie intégrante d’une équipe dynamique et en forte croissance. Il sera responsable de l’atteinte des objectifs de revenus grâce à une génération constante de prospects, une gestion efficace des relations et une satisfaction optimale des clients.

Principales responsabilités

  • Identifier, qualifier et engager des clients potentiels dans le secteur de l’aviation, y compris les compagnies aériennes, les MRO et les sociétés de leasing.
  • Analyser les tendances du marché et les activités des clients.
  • Assurer une gestion efficace et réactive des demandes des clients dans le secteur aéronautique, où le facteur temps est critique.
  • Communiquer clairement les informations sur les produits aux clients actuels et potentiels.
  • Faciliter le processus de vente afin d’atteindre les objectifs organisationnels.
  • Fournir un retour constructif aux équipes de vente ainsi qu’aux autres parties prenantes de l’entreprise. Votre connaissance du terrain sera essentielle pour aligner la stratégie commerciale et déterminer quels produits recevront le plus d’attention.
  • Participer activement aux initiatives d’amélioration continue, notamment en communiquant vos idées d’amélioration au chef d’équipe et à la direction. L’objectif est de rationaliser la gestion des commandes et d’améliorer l’expérience client.
  • Maintenir des dossiers précis des activités de vente, des interactions avec les clients et des tendances du marché.
  • Réaliser toute autre tâche raisonnable et appropriée demandée par l’équipe de direction afin de répondre aux besoins de l’entreprise.

Le titulaire du poste aura l’occasion de collaborer étroitement avec d’autres départements internes afin de faciliter la livraison ponctuelle des exigences des clients. Il devra comprendre les aspects commerciaux de l’entreprise ainsi que la compétitivité du marché. Il acquerra une connaissance des produits aéronautiques, bénéficiera d’une autonomie pour s’adapter aux exigences du marché et identifiera de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires qui émergent au quotidien. Il s’agit d’un rôle dynamique, et d’autres responsabilités pourront s’y ajouter afin de soutenir les activités de vente à l’avenir.

One of the main divisions of the AJW Group is AJW Technique, a state-of-the-art component Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility with over 150 experienced and passionate technicians in Montreal.

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Inside Sales Specialist will be a key part of an energetic and fast-growing team and will be responsible for the delivery of revenue targets through; consistent lead generation, effective relationship management, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Principal responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and engage with potential clients in the aviation sector, including airlines, MROs, and leasing companies.
  • Trend analysis of market and customer activities
  • Effective management and actioning of customer inquiries in the time-critical Aviation sector
  • Clearly communicating product information to current and prospective customers
  • Facilitating the sales process to meet organizational goals
  • Provide feedback to sales staff as well as other stakeholders within the company. Your front-line knowledge will be imperative to aligning the sales strategy for the company and which products will receive most attention.
  • Positively engage with Continuous Improvement activity including communication of ideas for improvement to team leader and management. The goal will be to streamline order handling and enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
  • Any other reasonable and appropriate task as requested by the management team in order to meet the needs of the business. The incumbent will have the opportunity to work closely with other internal departments to facilitate on-time delivery of customer requirements. Understand commercial aspects of the business and market competitiveness. Gain awareness of aviation product, autonomy to flex to market demands, identify new business streams that arise in the day to day. This is a dynamic role, and further responsibilities may be added to support sales activity in the future.

Exigences du poste:

  • Diplôme en affaires, en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Expérience dans un environnement de vente. Une expérience dans le secteur aéronautique constitue un atout important.
  • Orienté(e) vers les ventes, avec de solides compétences en communication orale et écrite en anglais (courant) et en français (fonctionnel), afin de soutenir le développement des relations avec les clients.
  • Antécédents démontrés en gestion et en développement d’un portefeuille varié de comptes clients.
  • Solides compétences en négociation, utilisées pour maximiser la rentabilité.
  • Capacité à identifier les principaux défis organisationnels et à favoriser le développement d’une vision « une seule entreprise » grâce à la promotion active de la coordination entre les départements internes.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais pour faciliter les échanges avec toutes les parties prenantes de l’entreprise. L’espagnol constitue un atout.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in a sales environment. Aviation experience is a great asset.
  • Sales-driven with appropriate verbal and written communication skills both in English (fluent) and French (functional) to support the development of customer relationships.
  • Demonstrable history of managing and growing a variety of customer accounts.
  • Possesses strong negotiation skills and uses them to maximize profits.
  • Recognizes key organizational challenges and enhances development of a ‘one company’ perspective through active promotion of co-ordination between internal departments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English to facilitate communication with all parties within and outside of the company. Spanish is an asset.
