- Consolidar e analisar dados financeiros (orçamentos, previsões de demonstração de resultados, etc.), tendo em conta os objetivos e a capacidade financeira da empresa; - Conciliar todas as entradas e saídas de dinheiro com os relatórios bancários; - Realizar pagamentos bancários - Consolidar e analisar dados financeiros, considerando as metas e a capacidade financeira da empresa; - Fornecer alternativas criativas e recomendações para reduzir custos e melhorar o desempenho financeiro; - Auxiliar na análise financeira de novos clientes; - Participar e fornecer informações para as Auditorias; - Monitorar o processo de cobrança e recebimento dos clientes; - Ministra treinamentos pertinentes a função; - Auxilia no processo de precificação e negociação;

- Conhecer e praticar as Normas, Procedimentos e Políticas de Gestão de Qualidade, Meio Ambiente e Saúde da Empresa, respeitando-as e desenvolvendo as suas atividades de maneira eficaz, para garantir a sua segurança, o seu bem estar e da sua equipe de trabalho e evitar danos ao meio ambiente; - Ser responsável por identificar, relatar quaisquer desvios, incidentes e acidentes conforme procedimento interno da companhia, e PARAR qualquer atividade que seja insegura a integridade física ou dano a empresa; - Prestar todo o apoio administrativo necessário para operações. - Organizar e arquivar todos os documentos, livros e outras questões relativas às atividades diárias do escritório da SOS Macaé. - Implementar e monitorar os indicadores de pessoas e criar ações visando a melhoria dos resultados. - Acompanhar e participar das políticas de QSMS e procedimentos internos. - Realizar Auditorias Comportamentais de HSE quando solicitado; - Participar dos Diálogos Diários de Segurança (DDS); - Participar dos Simulados de Emergências quando necessário; - Cumprir a Política do Sistema de Gestão Integrado da empresa; - Cumprir e fazer cumprir o Manual do Sistema de Gestão integrado estabelecido pela empresa; - Cumprir com a coleta seletiva estabelecida na companhia e a destinação adequada dos resíduos gerados; - Usar o EPI (Equipamento de Proteção Individual) adequado para sua atividade se necessário e utilizá-lo corretamente conforme instruções do QSMS; - Cumprir os procedimentos estabelecidos pela companhia;

- Registrar a identificação de Não-Conformidades; - Monitorar a agenda de pagamentos e recebimentos de cliente, controle de caixa diário e dar suporte ao supervisor administrativo quanto ao relatório mensal de KPI; - Responsável por desenvolver KPIs específicos de controle de caixa;
