🎯 Objetivo do Cargo Garantir o pleno funcionamento da estrutura administrativa da empresa, atuando como ponto central de gestão e integração entre fornecedores terceirizados (RH, TI, jurídico, compras e infraestrutura), assegurando agilidade, organização e resolução eficiente de demandas do dia a dia.

🧩 Principais Responsabilidades 🏢 Infraestrutura e Facilities • Garantir o bom funcionamento da sala administrativa (manutenção, limpeza, organização, equipamentos) • Acionar e acompanhar prestadores de serviços • Resolver rapidamente problemas operacionais do dia a dia 🛒 Compras e Suprimentos • Gerir compras administrativas (materiais, serviços e insumos) • Negociar com fornecedores buscando melhor custo-benefício • Controlar estoque básico e evitar rupturas 👥 Interface com RH • Realizar processos de triagem de candidatos • Atuar como ponto focal com a consultoria/empresa de RH • Apoiar líderes em demandas de pessoas (documentação, dúvidas, rotina) 💻 Interface com TI (terceirizado) • Ser o primeiro ponto de contato para demandas de tecnologia • Apoiar resolução de problemas básicos (servidores, hardware, sistemas, acessos) • Acionar fornecedores e garantir SLA de atendimento • Apoiar melhorias e organização de processos digitais ⚖️ Interface Jurídica (terceirizado) • Organizar documentos e demandas jurídicas simples • Acionar escritório jurídico quando necessário • Acompanhar prazos e pendências administrativas ______________ 🚀 Perfil que buscamos • Perfil mão na massa e resolvedor(a) • Alta capacidade de organização e priorização • Proatividade e senso de urgência • Boa comunicação (vai lidar com várias áreas e fornecedores) • Capacidade de trabalhar com autonomia ______________ 💡 Diferenciais (importante para você) • Boa afinidade com tecnologia (não precisa ser técnico, mas precisa “se virar”) • Experiência com gestão de fornecedores/terceiros • Vivência em ambientes dinâmicos ou empresas em crescimento • Conhecimento básico de rotinas administrativas e RH Obs.: Não irá lidar com assuntos financeiros. ______________ 📊 Indicadores de Performance (KPIs) • Tempo de resolução de problemas operacionais • Nível de organização e funcionamento da estrutura administrativa • Cumprimento de prazos com fornecedores • Redução de custos em compras e contratos • Satisfação interna (lideranças e equipe) ______________ ⚙️ Estrutura e Reporte • Reporte direto ao: Gerente Geral • Interface direta com todas as áreas da empresa • Gestão indireta de fornecedores terceirizados (RH, TI, jurídico, facilities) ______________ 🧠 Mensagem-chave do cargo (para alinhamento cultural) “Essa posição não é sobre executar tarefas específicas, mas garantir que tudo funcione.
