  • Conduzir processos de ponta a ponta (alinhamento, hunting, triagem, entrevistas e feedback).
  • Publicar vagas e otimizar anúncios para atrair talentos qualificados.
  • Realizar hunting ativo em LinkedIn e outros canais.
  • Aplicar entrevistas por competências e avaliações comportamentais.
  • Gerenciar pipeline de candidatos em ferramentas digitais.
  • Manter comunicação clara e respeitosa com candidatos e clientes.
  • Contribuir com insights para melhoria contínua dos processos de recrutamento.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia em Recrutamento & Seleção (consultoria ou in house).
  • Vivência com vagas de volume ou posições especializadas.
  • Capacidade de conduzir processos de forma autônoma, 100% remota.
  • Organização para gerenciar múltiplas vagas e prazos simultâneos.
  • Boa comunicação escrita e verbal, foco em experiência do candidato.
  • Disponibilidade para atuar como pessoa autônoma (PJ/MEI ou similar).
  • Acesso a computador, internet estável e ambiente adequado para entrevistas online.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em consultorias de RH ou como Headhunter Freelancer.
  • Domínio de LinkedIn Recruiter ou ferramentas de hunting.
  • Atuação prévia com diferentes segmentos (tech, vendas, operações etc.).
  • Noções de employer branding e otimização de anúncios de vagas.
